I feel Dev did so coz they are not legally divorced...remember she had signed the prenup papers and not the divorce deed...so they are not divorced

also the prenup papers are not valid as they will stand effective only if Dev and Sona get a divorce...and so Dev will also have a right on Soha...khair chodo woh baad ki baat hai

but still that could be the reason why he broke the cup when Sona got the Bose nameplate done
