I don't know much abt it but just read in www.latestgossipwu.com that Dev for gaining Soha custody after lawyers advice will marry shruti.

From a legal point of view the so called prenup has no value...because a prenup document has to be signed in presence of each other...both to be represent by two different lawyers and each of them should have two witness to sign the document and this document has to be registered...

Even if they show the prenup document valid...any contract or agreement can be argued in the court of law. Since this document was signed by Dev with out reading ..because his mom cheated him ...he can say the same...inspite of all this a father/mother can approach the court for child custody at any point in time...and if the kids are older kids are also asked with whom they would like to stay...in most cases younger kids are allowed to stay with their mom and visitation rights given to their dad...ONLY if mom is proved unfit to take care of the child then the custody goes to dad.

WOW never thought of that move...yes ...very much in line with EK types...and this will add to the drama factor...that they want...but sadly people like me will stop watching this show then!! Its like marriage having no value...and Dev treating Shruthi for his personal gain sounds so cheap...
