Okay so after reading so many spoilers and being thoroughly confused about which one to believe something struck me after reading the article that said Dev wanted to claim his right over his daughter, Suhana.

People are saying that Sona might be facing the problem of losing Soha. I might be wrong, but I suddenly remembered when Ishwari had been agreeing to the Prenuptial agreement Dev's lawyer had made, he had stated that in case of a Divorce Sonakshi would get none of Dev's money or property and also if they have kids, Sona has to take responsibility.

And we all know that Sona signed the agreement on the last episode before the leap.

Now the question is is this still applicable?

If the agreement had not become null and void by the time she signed it, then this rule still applies right?

Just a confusion.

It would be null
Ishwari managed to separate them
But Dev was not wanting her sign on the prenup
So they would not have filed it

My gut feelings I would say

For once GKB n vikky would be a blessing in disguise for sona
They will do some jugaad to get it valid , therefore Soha would not have any share on Dixit property
Again Dev will be misunderstood.

And he might not get any custody or even
Visiting hours but sona will be generous with her conditions I must say

Going by the clause in the Prenup, Suhana is completely Sona's responsibility and Ishwari Dixit cannot take away Suhana from Sona... And here once again, Ishwari is the one who have ruined everything for her own son and obviously for Sona too.

Good, Ishwari would have ruined innocent Soha's life as well like she did to her son. What kind of mother she is who talks about maa beta and father son relationships, bondings etc..and she took away even her son's daughter from him. Shame on her.

Confusion is full on...when divorce happened...where is prenup paper...Is Dev aware about prenup clauses...lots of confusion n loop holes are there in current track...I hope that we will get clear picture soon not like...they forget like khatri n neha tracks.

The prenup is valid only if they are legally divorced. They have been stressing on ex and so we are assuming that they are. But I have doubt. If yes then Dev will have a hard time battling for custody. Sona is now in a position to do that. But if she will do what is right for her daughter and will not allow ego to cloud her judgement than she will let Suhana bond with her father.

Legally prenup is invalid because of so many reasons. Sona signed it after marriage, whether it was registered in the court or not etc etc. But medically Sona's chances of getting pregnant were also very less and inhospitable uterus was turned into infertility. So anything can happen.

Either they will show prenup angle and sona using against dev for taking soha's custody or for making sona's mind against dev. Like she took the decision of not telling dev about soha because of the child clause in the pre nup. Its gonna come in some or other way. N honestly, i WANT it to occur. Because Ishwari should know what she has snatched away from her son. Making him loose his wife might not be a big deal for her, but losing the child will definitely pinch her. Karma should hit back at her and she should realise it. And for Dev, well he has already been deceived by his own mother and this child clause will take that pain further.

Even if we forget prenup then also Indian laws are very mahaan. They make mother the natural guardian of the child but needs a "father name" to survive. So court might gave sona only the custody until Dixits prove Sona mentally unstable.

I don't think prenup papers were ever submitted to the court...

As per my understanding, prenup has to be signed and submitted in the court before marriage. It never happened...

So its confussing..

But I think Sona will never let this issue go to the court...She will want to keep Soha away from all these...also, we have seen that Sona has kept the option open with Soha to decide, hence she will just ask Soha for her decision...

The prenup is invalid. For a prenup to be valid it was to be filed before the wedding takes place. If the couple so deem to make arrangement after the marriage, then a postnup is filed. But the document heading clearly states prenup as the title of the document.

SO: ITS INVALID, WHETHER FILED OR NOT.

But then again you can't trust an indian soap to be completely logical.
