The prenup is with dev...what if dev never submitted the paper in court...then there is no proof that they have signed prenup.

She is wrong to hide truth about their children from his husband... I will be not surprised if dev will do anything after knowing the truth in anger.

That is called self respect my dear. Anyways nobody in her place would tell their exspouse abt baby. My question is had he been a husband to her other than physical . I think it is Sona discretion to or not to allow dev access to baby.

Do u really think vicky and gkb would not have already submitted a copy.. i am sure they would have.. given that Dev happily hands over these documents to them to discard... anywyas still court cant searate underage child from mom unless she is a drug addict or not able to provide.. so if they go to court , there are recorded evidence that dev is a drunkard, flirt. So i am sure. Ourt may just give him visitation rights with the main custody still being with sona.. again this is given that the case is dealt normally with out drama just for the sake of it. Or dixits buying out the lawyers and law itself

No dear I beg to differ. If the divorce was just granted then baby born henceforth would be eligible for the prenup clause. But since Soha was born during separation dev can fight for custody together with kidnapping of child. That is mine opinion.

Why should she reveal? The prenup clause clearly states that Sona cannot claim anything for her or her children from the Dixits. So good she hid Soha from the dastardly Dixits Let's see how the daughter and father meet.

Firstly Sonakshi's situation and circumstances probably didn't allow her to let Dev know about Suhana especially the fact that Bijoy would be against it

but its also true no child should stay away from the love and care of their both parents Soha has missed out on her fathers love for six years

but then again the prenup had some condition if Sona has kids then she was solely responsible for raising them and maybe this is the fact that Sona didn't let Dev know about Soha
