Are they got divorced?

There is a 7 year leap...according to Indian law, if husband and wife are not in touch with other for 7 years...then their marriage is void...that means they are divorced...no need for court proceedings and legal documents

I think they are...you still need to file a petition to get legally divorced. When both have not been in touch for 7 yrs...then the divorce proceedings are easy.
