Elena once was close to the Bose family but after she married it seems that all that really mattered to her was Vicky and nothing else

today she tells Dev that he spoils her son way to much as she once lost her family she does not wish to lose her son for me that was just foolish talk

if she really wanted to talk to Sonakshi she could have Sona would never turn her away

I just feel that Elena made bad choices in favour of Vicky

She has always been shown as immature and extra bubbly. but have been thinking - so what if her sister has a failed marriage? is that reason enough for one to abandon their own marriage.
for all of Vicki's faults, he has proven to be a good husband and GKB too is a much better saas than the good for manipulation only Ish.
also, we do not know what actually happened? probable that Elena wanted out and Sona and Asha told her to live her life.

GKB has her grandkid through cunning methods and for her, Golu is the true offspring of the family's massive wealth. plus she knows Dev will never marry and so is double happy his share will also come to her grandkid.

See v have to understand Elena. She was married to Vicky but she doesnt know about Vicky's ill deeds. Boses were leaving Delhi, she could not leave her family and go with them. There was sadness when she said i have lost my family once.

She wanted luxury but more than that she loves vicky
