What a kickass episode and fresh start after a tortuous dark drama few weeks back ! Though am still skeptical about how the makers will take the story forward, today's episode deserves applause👏. For any newcomers to this serial, today's episode will be gripping and fresh because the story would be intriguing and curious as the start is nothing like past serials leaps. For old viewers , if you want to enjoy forget there was once a serial close to reality shown subtly and indulge into this new entertainment without judging anyone, am sure it will bring you smiles without headaches !

I so wished we didn't know about the leap and change in avatars earlier because it has managed to reduce the excitement level to a bit before each leads introduction and the kids😆

Emerged Bose Family:

As expected Sona have become female Obhodro in business and have managed to earn "Woman of the year" in these 7 years caring a damn about second chances. After the brutal end to her love life, she has learned thinking for more than 5 minutes to take a decision is waste of time and spineless people have no place in her life ! After firing her Delhi manager for his mistake , Sona decided to go there to straighten the mess herself as she don't believe anyone else !! (Though Erica seemed to be little off in this post leap characterisation, must say she is mind-blowing in this new role- calm composed and dangerous👏)

Looks like Asha Bose have finally got a grip in writing and enjoying her lone time with her guru Tagoreji since the Boses have grown financially to keep a maid and free Asha from being a full time cook😆 (Yet to see that maid face, arey dont stare me..am curious😆)

Bijoy bose is still being the same irritated fellow when it comes to talking about Dev Dixit except for some extra grey hair but a cute Nanu to his granddaughter😳. His same love for Sona has multiplied for Suhana now ( Baba what irony, she is Dev's blood too😆 )

And finally Suhana, the cute bundle of Joy in Sona's family which kept her alive and determined in these 7 years of tough journey and made a person who she is now ! (The kid is cute but have a long way to go interns of acting..am sure she will pick up in days to come)

Saurabh and Dida are not shown Hope we get to see them in future.

Fallen Dixit Family: (What's Mamaji's family name btw? They have definitely risen by backstabbing😆)

Casanova, flirt or reckless, Dev's entry will blow your mind off. A total 180 deg change from the dynamic Dev Dixit to carefree rugged Dev ! (Fangirls are in for a treat I guess😆 and Looks like Shaheer is extremely happy which is very visible in that last few seconds of kickass entry)

GKB is decked with more ornaments and is ruling the mansion with Green tea and new servant (looks like Keechu bhaiyya too gone along with Sona 😭)

Vicky is business magnet from a total looser and Elena is some model living their life blissfully 🤔 ( yes people you will be happy if you lie, cheat and backstab..what a life lesson 😡 Sorry got carried away..this is fiction fellows😆 )

And there comes " Golu" Vickylena's son who seems to be the only solace for Dev (bicha = big + chacha 😆 ) and vice versa for now.

Now my fav part, Ishwari 😈😆 confined to a corner still waiting for her Son who was lost 7 years ago.

Dixits sisters and Mamaji are to be seen in future episodes I guess.

KRPKAB touch:

1) Sona- Suhana interaction:

Just when we thought the kid will be hidden about her birth truth and we might see KKHH storyline, the CVs surprised me with the direct forward heart talk between mother and daughter. Inspite of Bijoy's reluctance, Sona shares everything about Dev and the reason for their break up. She also gives full freedom for Suhana to meet her dad if she likes but should never try to unite both of them.👏 (I guess this is the first time am seeing a mother who gives full freedom to a child to have both end of the world without any restriction with her conviction intact !) I burst out laughing when Suhana said "so there is no chance of KKHH momma"😆 Also when she asked "You got me but papa lost everything naa momma" . The CVs do know audience pulse and should appreciate them for trying to please the dejected fans a bit.

Like momma like daughter when Suhana asked for 5 minutes time to decide what she need to do because obviously she also feels anything more than that is waste of time😉.

2) Dev can be reckless but his heart still soft for Kids :

Again a super contrast shown between Suhana and Golu where the former enjoy full pampering of Bose family while the latter is left alone in that big Dixit mansion waiting for his reckless bicha even to see his teacher since his parents are busy in their own worlds and his Daadi is incapable of handling criticism for his poor marks.

Precap:

Suhana's decision after 5 minute thinking : To see her dad and stay with him during their Delhi visit leaving Sona surprised !

Overall a very refreshing start if we leave behind our judgements about both Sona and Dev. The content can be entertaining 😉

Okay finally i got some post for my rant. xD

Thanks a lot Deepa for this post. And its as usual amazing.

So finally this new chapter of KRPKAB started today. I liked the episode. I was a pleasantly surprised by it. But yes it will take more time to relate with it and fell for it. I didn't like KRP initially when I started watching the back episodes. I remember I used to crib a lot. xD But later I fell for it and loved it to the core.

Coming to today's episode, it started off well. Boses introduction was really good. And I loved this Sona. This firm, no nonsense and not repeating her mistakes version of Sona will be a treat to watch. I hope Erica also likes it because I am seeing so much potential in her character. And I absolutely love her dressing. Finally Sona is relieved from her wig _/\_

Asha and Baba Bose have turned young after the leap. Their cute conversation with Suhana Bose was adorable. And undoubtedly Suhana is miniature of Sonakshi just like Dev wanted; tiny sonakshi. How cutely she said, my name is suhana bose and I don't like baby talks. Also, she was referring Asha as Asha only. It was such an endearing scene.

Sonakshi telling Suhana about her father was what I wanted but never expected. It was actually good to be honest with the child and tell her everything. She was not sad or cribbed, but just let her know what happened. Also I liked when she said your father is not a bad man, but he was not good for your mumma. She didn't want to fill any bitterness in her child regarding her father and at the same time she wanted to tell her the truth. I am sure many fans would have jumped with joy when sona called Dev; spineless and rude. She was clear and has learned from her past mistakes.

The only thing which caught me was when she was asking soha to call Dev. I mean dev don't know about soha and this sudden interaction will be weird na. I mean soha calls dev, hello papa I am your daughter speaking.

Coming to Dixits, RR was expected to be like this only. About Elena and Vicky I would not say much. I won't even bash Elena today, there are mothers like this. She didn't wanted child it seems. Poor Golu is ignored by everybody. Only Big cha loves him. Ishwari was as usual lost. I didn't find her depressed. I liked her dialogue, Dev to 7 ssal se ghar nahi aaya. It says so much about what happened in these 7 years. I guess there hasn't been any showdown between Ishwari and Dev. Makers must have saved it for viewers. xD But please someone change that h oho BG music of Ishwari. Its annoying. She should also get some fresh tune na.

I will be talk about Dev tomorrow I guess. Abhi k liye I am done with my rant.

Ps- Asha said Suhana is 7 year old. Where did 9 months of pregnancy gone? Or was suhana some vardaan by God, jo seedha god mai aa k giri sona k. xD

Also even by taking cliche route of leap and kid, they did everything so differently. Well i suppose that KRPKAB. Same story with difference.

Whole of my reply got deleted of I have to write again 😭

To start with I was all skeptical about watching it and was scared too how its gonna be like ..and I tried to keep my self from getting over excited LOL ..like you said for new viewers its gonna be afresh experience but for old ones its gonna be difficult and thats what I experienced today since constantly I was remembering old moments ..its gonna take time for me to let it sink in I need time to get along with it

Starting from the beginning..Sonakshi is shown a strong stern lady who faced all hardships of life..she suffered but settled in her life succesfully with her parents and daughter..I liked how she without hiding anything kept truth in front of her daugher but was just wondering telling so much to your 6 year old daughter ..is it right ..though it showed the stark contrast between the 2 mothrs and tehir upbringing one made her son all dependent and weak where as other is maikng her daughter independent..so the purpose of all these talks was quite clear and Shana being too mature for her age too advantage of her independent nature and gave shock to her mothr by wanting to stay with Dev LOL..obviously she wont go

Asha oh she looked all cute and beautiful after leap ..her sweetness and unconditional love for Sonakshi is still intact..I loiked her attire

Where as Bijoy is same cunning self LOL..just his outfit from kurta pyjama is change to Shirt pant ..nothing much of a difference in his character though..

Mami well she is also same money sucking leach LOL..all clad in gold ..how her character has changed I couldnt judge from today;s episode have to wait for it..

Vickey Elena oh typical high society asses LOL..but chalo atleast Elena isnt involved in some kitty club group LOL..she is doing something sensible what she studied in college..

Ishwari is paying price of what she did 7 years back..alone and helpless..one dialog caught my attention..woh toh pichley 7 saalon se ghar nahi aaya..this clearly shows the distance between her and Dev..

Now coming to Dev oh that swag dude type look was total contrast to his original char..I am 100% sure..Shaheer will do full justice to it... his cool dashing entry was quite an attraction today ..what exactly his character has shaped up that we will get to know in upcoming episode..oh his attachment with golu will be sweet and worth watching

Missed watching dadi saurabh mamaji riya neha nikki..

All in all an attractive episode..No hope no wishes..I will surely maintain my distance !!

Yes even I didn't like the initial eps of original KRPKAB as it was too much melodrama with Dev and Ish but today it was pleasantly gripping!

Agree Sona's costume and her original hair was such an eye pleaser after that horrendous wig. Even I was initially surprised she asked her daughter to call Dev if she wants but later realized maybe she wants to save the confusion and agony her daughter faces if she meets him accidentally on their Delhi trip. But yes looks like Dev's reaction is not of any importance to Sona anymore after he painfully accused of becoming an incapable mother even she bears a child.

Oh yes that "oh oh " was the irritating aspect of today's episode 😆 The makers better show those confrontations later for older viewers else they will be enlisted as biggest cheaters in my serial viewing history😆

The biggest wining point of today's episode is that approach you mentioned in your second comment. There is nothing new in the storyline but the screenplay is looking different which is enough for a good movie to succeed 😉

Awesome post

True the episode was awesome

the highlight for me was Sona and Suhana's conversation

immediately I said wow such a vast difference between Ishwari and Sonakshi .

here Sona gives her daughter the liberty to choice whether she wants to see her father or not never imposes on her daughter unlike Ishwari who has always imposed on Dev

I do think I'm going to enjoy Suhana much more she is intelligent and already independent

Golu a child born in the wrong house now someone like him will grow up with weaker strengths , it somehow seems that no one has time for him

its only Dev that truly cares about his education and that already tells me this little will have a tougher time growing up he won't get any moral support neither will he be allowed to make any self decisions

so maybe again another Dev Dixit in the making

Ishwari sad and she says Dev has not lived there for the past seven years

and yes she has called it upon herself as the man that now lives there is so detached from the falsehood called family , Ishwari probably regrets taking her son's happiness away as before he respected her he loved her he was devoted to her and she played with his life .

I only hope the makers once they introduce a track they should carry it forward to the end

hopefully in this season there will won't be disappointment

Thank god we've progressed from saas-bahu fights and got to see this leap!😊...yeah!...I'm admiring the leap...it's slowly leaving it's after effect on me!😉

I think Ishwari Niwas 's atmosphere seems more pleasant now then it had been 7 yrs back...thanks to Ishu being in a depressed state!😆😆😆

For all the howling and crying I did for the past week..

This episode was not bad **Wipes tears... blows a loud nose**😆

Vicky and Elena, wow! I wonder how pathetic and useless that child felt to have no time of his parents... Kudos to you both you knw!*sarcastic claps*

Asha, you seem to be my hopes(Asha) the only person who seems sad by her daughter's failed marriage.

Coming to the two new entrants :Kidos! You two are adorbs! The miniature versions of the adult Sona and Dev... The same kind of upbringing... Soha getting as good an upbringing as Sona got from her parents, lively, happy and pampered...

Golu, ignored, and on his own devices like Dev had to be... Dev had a loving mamaji, Golu has a loving BigCha! Mamaji had a wife who was an intruder... Big Cha has no wife, and also he is more protective...

I love this mother-daughter duo, Sona and Soha... The liberty to live their life and the basic choice of having her both parents or not, the truth of her birth; A very liberal parent, Sonakshi... And I am glad Sona knew how to over rule her father whenever he is wrong... Good going Sona...
