Yes you have to log out and log in to press Chaska Meter

otherwise it does not count it as a vote

refreshing the page makes your previous count null & void

so its best to log in every time you need to press the Chaska Meter

if you have a google account or FB then like also

as it increase the followers

and don't forget to press the star on the page so KRPKAB can appear in your favorites

all the above increase the forum rank on Chaska
