i am not sure if it is right for a parent to hide the child From the other parent without any decision on the custody battle. In USA! It is a punishable crime and most of the divorces are prolonged on the custody battles.
The parents may have their differences but they have equal rights on the kids.
Although, in the prenup they specifically said that the future children will not have any rights on Dev's property. I think this is why Sona did not tell them about the baby.
I am not sure ! Please chime in and give your opinion.
