Does this mean Dev no longer respects his mother, I mean is he insulting his god ?

Dev already realized his mother is against Sonakshi and his family thinks of her as a gold digger so him been a Casanova just means he knows fully well of his mothers real face and all her manipulations

*Snort* If that had happened, then he would also realize what a sad excuse of a husband he has been to Sonakshi since their marriage and be sad. But since that didn't happen, he didn't get his mother's truth.

The only difference is now he keeps his toys outside his home.

And reply to heading No u can't insult god that virtue is reserved only for Sona and her family and apparently for her betterment.

Dev may seem to have finally realise the person his mother is!!!!! That's why ishu is in depression. I feel dev always knew his mother's problem after sona's entry in his life as his wife but his biggest problem is that he never acknowledged this outloud in front of himself, in front of ishwari and infront of the whole family. Just being delusional and in denial mode has brought his worst days now.
