Yes exactly it was going fine and very much how it is supposed to be..their were no loop holes ..all characters stayed true to their self..true..story of torn husband betwwen mothr & wife..how Ishwari's insecurities becoming hurdle for couple..but now what is happening is not related to its real essence ..

So true the leap makes no sense at all! It definitely was not a part of their intended original storyline for sure. I fail to understand why they took this route, there were so many other ways to take the story forward, but this!

Yes they could have done it in present time only ..or maximum 1 year leap with minor changes in character like cscs (a friend) said in her reply with making Dev even more ruthless business men returning to his original avtaar ..it wouldnt have changed the basics of character atleast

Reminds me of SaJan MonaYa in MJHT post leap look seriously n after leap samrat had become casanova but didn't touch anygirl but missed his lady love immensely n becaame more drunken same thing will go with dev I bet

It is real sad to see fans like you feel that way for the show. Makers have really gone bonkers. Destroyed KRPKAB. What we are going to see from now onwards is Ekta style-KRPKAB. Seems the writers don't want to spend too much time writing plots for the show so they opted for tested and proven ideas.

So what about Ishwari, is she always going to be the same, no character growth. No MIL becoming a mother ever. Show can be watched for entertainment but the original promos had failed and proven wrong today. I hate this kid trying to unite parents story, clich approach.
BTW they might as well change the name of the show now...who cares, its only for entertainment.
