I liked what sona said to Dev when he said She can never pay back that loan etc...

She asked him why does he think that way ... is it because i am from middle class or because I am not the Great Devrath Dixit or is it because my mom is not Ishwari Dixit 👏

I don't know what to make of her answer though. What contribution Ishwari has in Dev's success beyond what any normal single parent has in their children's success? I mean if we put them in a normal middle-class situation, it doesn't make any difference in how Dev was raised.
What did Ishwari do extra that no other parents won't have done in the same situation? If anything, she took her pound of flesh for the great sacrifice which everyone call parent's duty to raise their kids to the best of their ability.

Dev was more ambitious due to their poverty. If anything, Sona could say because they didn't go through poverty, Dev might think she doesn't have grit to succeed. But Ishwari pretty much made one of her daughter raise the other two kids while Dev studied and worked part time as well as any other poor family with single parent.

I thought Sona was indirectly meaning "Bcoz I dont have a Goddess like Ish as a mom" or "I'm not a God like Dev" 😆

She was clearly mocking him... that he is not any different from any normal son ... and his mother is not a great god but just an ordinary single parent..any parent would have done the same thing that Ishwari did (barring the fact that majority single mothers would have loved all the kids equally even though she could not give them equal opportunities)

But Dev thinks she is God ... so she has to say that...

we know how sona can be if she puts her eye on achieving something... i am sure she will be no less than a Dev Dixit

Ah. That makes more sense. I didn't get what she was trying to say. Thanks for explaining. 😊

Ok. Got it now. I wasn't getting where she was going with it. Actually I was so angry that she didn't bring up her insults and humiliation to show how useless Dev is as a husband and what a miserable woman Ishwari is. I wanted Sona to talk about her experience since marriage. But she didn't even say anything when Dev said that she has insulted Ishwari many times. I was like W*F... In which alternate dimension, buddy? 😕

I believe this is just a trailer... .there will be a very big confrontation very soon ... after which sona will pack her stuff and leave . Dev is delusional... if Sona even says "aapki maa" ... he will say it is insulting... she should say apni ma"😳

All should hail Ishwari because she managed to give her son Dev education and 3 other unwanted kids food and shelter and did not send them to beg.

I feel SO bad to demean the struggle of Single Parents and TRUST me I don't. Only this woman gets on my nerves thanks to her beta. 🤢

Really loved those lines spoken by Sona! Dev thinks, a middle class woman can never earn crores... but a slum dog, like him, can become a millionaire? He thinks that lesser mortals do not have the means or the heart to be gracious.. only his goddess can be gracious! Such an arse&@$*!

I wish I was his father-in law. I would have told him to go kiss his mothers ar@*,

Just saw episode and felt the same that Sona said that she is not Ishwari dixit because she wanted to taunt and mock Dev that ur mom is great ( mahaan) and as she is not, so she cast return loan (per Dev )
