Hey I just gave a similar reply in other post...

For Dev to burst out on Ishwari something needs to happen to Sona...

We have chances that Sona might conceive after this trip...What if Sona can't carry baby and had to go for abortion as pregnancy can be a threat to her life but Ishwari wants baby only...And wants Dev to again agree to her...
