Sona has already signed Prenup !!

How many think she already signed it... I feel she did ...
here is how it may have happened ...

Ishwari told lawyer that she got Dev's signature and he needs to get Sona's...

lawyer will tell Dev that he needs some signatures of sonakshi before the marriage for marriage application etc...

Dev will call sona to his office and ask her to sign the forms that lawyer prepared ... Sona doesnt know about prenup (as bijoy never told her)... so she must have already signed them with out reading...

Now when the prenup (signed by both Dev and Sona comes out in future)... it is obvious that Sona will think that Dev knew about this and he cheated her into signing this and that he never believed her that she is not after his money...This time i dont think she will give him a benefit of doubt as he has cheated her way too many times...

That is enough for her to send Divorce notice as she is already on the verge.

But if the CVs have done the homework properly and knows the terms and conditions of prenup... they can't show this... but its a daily soap and anything can happen for drama sake. They can show any illogical tracks.

Anyways, someone in this forum had given a detailed analysis about prenup... (if I am not forgotten completely)

1. if its signed earlier, if the couple deny and claim of being cheated and mislead into signing then the prenup will automatically gets null and void...

2. Couple can change their mind and cancel it at any time... its not like that once signed it cannot be taken back...

There are many, but i don't remember now.

Thats right . The couple has to both agree to cancel it only then it become void.. i dont think cheating can be proved as inam sure lawyer would have already added the winesses signatures . It is a valid document unless dev also comes and says it is farse... but it wont even come to that as sona will completely believe that dev did this himself and since she doesnt care about money , she will not contest it but will send divorce papers instead

Yes, I too feel, Sona must have signed the papers somehow.
At this point it really doesn't matter If Sona might think Dev did it intentionally or unintentionally. One thing is very clear Dev is in a "Hum nahin sudhrenge" category when it comes to Ishwari. So in all probabilities it would be better for Sonakshi to get out of this mess house "'Dixit mansion" and go far far away from this man called "Dev Dixit" for her own sanity.

Well this scenario is possible that prenup is already signed by sona but won't at least dev read it before making sona sign.

Let the episode come first of d prenup drama... Then it wll be cleared...

Well signed or not signed, Sonakshi needs to move out. If she has unknowingly signed it, all the more better because she has a valid reason to call it quits. If not, she will continue swinging between what to do and what not to do. I have stopped watching this serial for a month now and continue to read updates. Today's update was creepy. Ishwari, an illiterate woman know how to book resorts, arrange for decorations, spa packages etc. And Dev is still dancing to her tunes. Sonakshi has started feeling suffocated and it won't take long for things to be back to square one.

And going by the updates, Elena is soon going to turn into a Vicky and plot against the Bose family, the same family who sheltered her and gave her so much love. Neha is now a permanent resident of the Dixit house alongwith Mamaji and his family. Ishwari never did and will never care for her other children.

Honestly I find Ekta Kapoor shows more appealing. Atleast I know what I am going to get watching them.

Highly possible coz in the current condition...if Sona finds d prenup with Dev's signature she wud feel bad...n she wud confront Dev n he wud tell d truth tht he nvr signed it..n maybe he wud rembr Ish asking him to sign am docs..so Ish to be blamed n Sona wudnt leave.
