I remember earlier, when Asha was trying to write stories, she was very upset that her husband and mother-in-law didn't give her any pain, so she can't feel it and now not able to write up on it.

Now, i really really wish Bijoy to team up with his mom and that neighbor lady or with anyone to show Asha how it feels when your husband who claims to love you but fails to keep your respect before his family and others.
Just for one day, he should enact and show the pain atleast 10% of what Sona is going through at her in-law's place.

Coz, I think till now Asha felt that her daughter gone through comfortable life at Dixit's house as Sona herself didn't let know anything happened there. And Asha thinks that Ishwari is also mom just like her and Dev as someone like Bijoy, so she advises Sona which can't do justification for Sona's case, as Ishwari is not a mom like Asha and obviously Dev is not like Bijoy.

1. Was disappointed when Asha told Sona that she is very lucky to get a husband like Dev who married her inspite of knowing her infertility truth. Really?? He didn't do any favor on Sona by marrying her, since he claims he is in love he married her. And worst part is she accepted her daughter is incomplete.

2. Again was very disappointed to see Asha inspite of knowing the truth that Ish put condition on Sona's treatment to return home, she supported that just for the sake to save her daughter's married life.
Does her daughter's life and good health is not important at this moment for her than that treatment?? Agree her point on Sona can undergo all pain to have her kid, but even that pain should be fruitful right, it should not go waste right?? Why so hurry??

Bottom line is, CVs just made Asha as Dev's spokesperson who always tries to justify his lies and his actions, can't take it. Please Cvs, don't butcher Asha maa character too, which one of our favorite.
Let Dev justifies his lies and actions to Sona, let her decide how to go ahead.

Absolutely right...
I was fine the day Dev ditched Sona on his birthday and Asha made her understand his situation...

But these infertility things, i m surprised and shocked...

Now I feel ki on birthday, Sona should have created a scene...why to understand such creepy people...

Also Dev married Sona after knowing abt her infertility is not a big thing, because he was being selfish and did not had the courage to convince his mom...

About the treatment, Asha was very disappointing, you are fine with Ishwari putting conditions...She not even once thought why is she doing that...

I think she should write novel on her daughter's life only...and have Sona in front of her to elaborate each and every instance and badmouthing that happened...

May be then she will realise ki what she is teaching her daughter...compromises and sacrifices are for deserving people and not for Dixits...

Asha ji..pls dont give any further advices to your daughter...let her decide her future cource of action...

Hmm yes, same here. Now at one point even I started to think that if all lies and all actions of Dev are justified, then there is no need for his redemption right?

@Bold: Agree, compromises and sacrifices are for good people. Dixit's are just taking her for granted. No value for her understanding nature, instead misusing that.
So true, Asha should start write novel on her daughter's life by knowing what all she went through.

While Asha's "understanding" speech gets on my nerves, one thing we can't forget though that if Sona really wanted to leave Dev, she would have regardless of her speech.

You see, Sona is a very convenient obedient daughter unlike Dev who follows his mother's edict like sheep.

Sonakshi didn't marry the first person Asha presented, not even the second or third person. Then why every time Asha speaks on Dev's behalf she is so willing to listen? Why does she always call Asha and not her father or even her grandmother when she is conflicted and hurt?

Because she herself is pathetically attached to Dev and Asha speaks exactly what she wants to hear. Bijoy and her grandmother may give her an advice which she doesn't want to follow. It doesn't even take Asha much to convince Sona to forgive Dev. It's almost as if Sona is eager to forgive and go back to being lovey dovey, but just needs someone to tell her that leaving her self-respect in the dust is worth it. Which is exactly what Asha does for her.

Let me tell you something, in this case, Sona is not much different than Neha.

Neha doesn't listen to Ishwari all the time. She only listens to her when she says what she wants to hear.

Dida is not the weak-willed understanding lot like Asha. But she is not in your face rude and aggressive like Bijoy either. She is strong and polite but firm.

When Bijoy wanted to teach Dev a lesson for calling his wife aunty and hurting her feelings, Dida didn't stop him. She encouraged him to show Dev a mirror because that's what family who are your well-wisher do. They show you where you are wrong when you do something wrong.

Asha is old-fashioned like Ishwari although a much nicer person. She was always concerned about what people will say or think. There is no way in hell she'd support Sona to leave her husband. If you recall, she was getting desperate to get Sona married.

I think, the reason of Sona's condition is not Asha. It's her inability to realise and accept the truth of her relationship, her marriage and her place in Dev's life and unwilling to do anything about it.

Here it is not about Asha, Bijoy, Easwari etc . It is about what Sona wants and if she is happy with crumbs that is all she will get

Yes, makes sense. A valid point. Asha speaks what Sona wants to hear, so she follows Asha's advice.
Good that came to know about an another perceptive of looking at things.

And true that there is difference of thinking in Bijoy and Dida's with that of Asha's.

So, now no one can help Sona until unless she is willing to come out of it. She is true example of love is blind.
