If this is really gonna happen in the show...then I've a doubt..

How could Neha understand what is written in the reports...??😲

She is not a doctor and she has not completed her studies even coz of them being poverty-stricken...😲😲

Then how will she able to conclude that sona is not pregnant..?

This is so confusing😕😕

But di how could Neha understand medical terms...?? Yes she can now read English but she doesn't have the knowledge abt medical profession...😲😲

Oh No.. I really don't want this to happen.

It will be good either Dev reveals the truth to Sona or Sona herself to find it out.

If Neha's notices Dev is not happy or his reaction why can't Sona??
