Another point is they have made fun of all professional women indirectly...Sona is a doctor then how can she not ask for her reports to see what the results...wont she be curious ...its a joke on her education ...and above all the reason for telling lie is so pathetic and cheap...they want this child to improve their relationships with the matriarch of the house...how much can you stoop down now??
This is exactly why I stopped watching and reading the updates...I knew they would mess it up...

PS: for me a child needs to be loved and cared ...he or she is not brought into this world to solve your relationship problems with ur mom or MIL

for me it is just entertainment... if i don't like certain stuff i forward it or just skip the episode... i guess problem is we are putting more brains in the show than the cv's... we analyse every single thing... for me it spoils viewing experience... i believe we should just watch it and enjoy till we can... if it start irritating you than move on...

this is an indian show, they don't make show of social messages... i believe all top shows are pathetic but they are still on top coz of there hideous storyline😆😆😆... atleast without logic also our show still make some sense 😆😆...

so just enjoy and forget about episode after 10... if you feel more frustrated come here and vent... our forum in that case is the most remarkable place... here everybody minds other person's space and perspective

Show has lost all logic. All the three leads are behaving in a whimsical manner. Sonakshi who was an independent, intelligent lady with a brain suddenly stopped using common sense. Her common sense only comes up when she has to turn detective. Ishwari has multiple personality disorder and Dev wants to run behind an oasis when there clearly isn't anything.
Completely agree with you P.S

True. I've started doing the same thing. Watching it purely for Shaheer and Erica. Keeping my brains aside.
It's just that the baby track hit a nerve so I came here to vent :)

I completely agree with you on the part that Sona and Ishwari are equally responsible for the mess they're in and it's not Dev's fault alone. The only people I can find faults with are the CVs. Not getting a pregnancy test done was something that I just couldn't digest. Dev and ishwari's characters were kinda ruined long back. But in the recent episodes, I've seen sona go downhill as well.
I even stopped coming on to the forum frequently coz I wanted to be less invested in the show and not get too affected by it. But since the baby track hit a nerve personally, I couldn't stop myself. I'm thankful that the members here always engage in healthy discussions and help me achieve a new perspective. Cheers :)

Life is not same for all of us Malvika, in the similar way our decisions also may not be same even if we consider same situations. I believe that our choices are solely depends on our past experiences and priorities in life so i dont believe in judging others choices in their life.

Coming to the show, I always appreciated the efforts of cast for breathing life in to our beloved characters irrespective of good or bad script since they are just puppets in the hands of CV's. But whether its Complements or Complaints, I always felt Makers & Writers are the most deserving ones. Whether its Dev or Sona or Ishwari, They were playing with these characters as per their wish from long back(i think it started after confession track). At present, I just hope that they will handle this kind of sensitive tracks with little more responsibility.

Absolutely!! I ain't no teenager either. But I won't deny the fact that it was Shaheer and Erica's chemistry that attracted me to this show and now I love both of them so much that I am sticking around even after being so disappointed.
The one thing that was the USP of the show apart from the leads' chemistry was the subtle and real handling of situations. Whereas that has gone out the window these days. I agree, they showed the bedroom romance to reinforce the fact that they make love. We knew that already. And it takes 2-3 weeks for the pregnancy symptoms to show up after conceiving. And they showed that sona felt dizzy the very next day. So this clearly means that they did it before as well. They really think we're stupid.
Ishwari's total 180 is literally making me cringe. It seems so fake and unrealistic.
I heard that maybe durjoy has stopped writing for the show. Something has definitely changed in the core team. For the worse!

Hi Malvika
Firstly, I love your Devakshi SS that you have posted on the forums earlier.

I really agree with your views on the current track. I really wonder if the CVs themselves have any idea of how this would end.

As the episodes go by I really think there would definitely be a separation and then a leap (sigh that would be just like EK's serials)

I still watch it because I am a fan of the lead couple😳

Cheers
Asha

Hi I am happy to read about ur parents story. They r blessed still cause sometime even this is not possible. I work in infertility department and listen to there stories , work and strive to give them hope and possibly good news. My whole professional life revolves around these scenario. Talking to these ladies, choosing my words not to add to their misery is my routin. I try to separate personal n professional life. But some story does haunt u.
Our department stands for hope , we work to erase doom, jinx associated with infertility. As most of the conditions r manageable and happy outcome is possible. You just need to b prepared for fight keeping all the options open. TV being a medium of mass viewing via this serial should have done that spread Hope . That infertility diagnosis just dose not spell doom. It could have been some use to all mil, dil, who still in this century r unaware. Proper approach and way should have been emphasised.

As we c way too many lives, destroyed, marriages broken when simple consultation and simple approaches would have done the miracle.

Couldn't agree more, my friend :) The major issue I've had ever since the patch up was the inconsistency. Some days things are fine then suddenly everything goes haywire.. too many plot points open.. some days I cant make sense of anything.
I wish this issue which is highly sensitive is given the dignity it deserves!
