Haan kuch nahi kar paayegi Sona...kuch karne ke kiye choda nahin hai Dev ne..but toot jaayegi woh, she wud be totally devastated. n it wud be only Sona's pain...neither Dev nor Ishwari wud be able to lessen Sona's pain..If he tell her the truth now Sona's pain wud be bearable bt to make her dream abt kids everyday every moment..n tell later u won't have kid..but u hv a loving grandmother Ish now without the grandkid. Do u think Ish's love for Sona wud remain same when Sona wud not be able to gove her grandkids..big NO.

If Dev really wanted to do smthing to mend Ish n Sona's relationship . .why hasnt he tried talking to Ishwari n find out wats her real problem is. Why can't he tell Ish to accept Sona as she is..not like her just bcoz she can give Ish grandkids. Ish can get grandkids from her other children also.

Amd after few weeks . .wen Sona's menstrual cycle wud strike..will Dev tell d truth then tht there was no child to begin with or let Sona believe she lost her child n feel guilty n sad abt it.

What a shame that there are people who thinks that a woman deserves to be lied to by her husband about her health because she couldn't do anything about it. As if knowing about her health is not her right but a privilege granted by her husband.

@Ransommusings, yes, these people sadly are very real.

If someone can dig our Infertility track wish list thread, please bump it.. I want to send a link to the makers. Infertility and learning disabilities are two topics that should be handled so carefully. And here they are using infertility to deal with an issue that should have been solved months ago - simply by talking and discussing the matter.

Dev is buying time.. for what? He seems to be gathering evidence against Ishwari. Just yesterday he was politely confronting her about her past behaviour towards sonakshi and today he walks into the house and tells a lie to buy time.

This is a huge gamble and I see why he is trying to delay giving this news(but dont agree with the approach). However, this is where Dev and sonakshi keep letting each other down as a couple. Where is the trust?

its not like Ishwari has a terminal illness and she will die in peace knowing her grandchild is on the way.

Very twisted logic - In the face of hope and happiness the saas-bahu will start understanding each other - huh!? . I dont see Sonakshi understanding anything more about Ishwari than she already did. She is just basking in the love she is getting. Its ishwari who is now accepting the truth. Is this Dev's way of having Ishwari realise her mistakes. Whao - that is risky!

I don't think there is any better way to completely thrash someone's hopes, desire to dream, happiness than to make them dream abt child n take that happiness away.

if Sona has to conceive, she need help..and that cannot happen without family bonding being genuine...

as he said in the last.. he doesnt find any other way to help it out than the 2 woman fight and figure out themselves...

now they are both equally cheated... their trust is broken... but somewhere down the lane... it is Ishwari and Sona who is responsible...

am someone who cannot tolerate lies at any cost... so i truly understand you all...

somehow today am just trying to reason it out on Dev's behalf..

sona while giving blood, saying this child is lucky for us.. am getting 2nd maa..

I mean what is this... allow him to say.. give him space...itni pressure for him...

we all know Dev could not even tell his mother a second time that he is still in love with Sona and that he broke up with her only for his mom's sake.

Then how could he bring this topic out in this way...

i know he is digging his own grave...coz his mom has already prepared one prenup to make it worst for him and Sona... all the more for her to leave him for good...ya go silent for life...

Hang on.. WHAT!!!

A - Its her health not Dev's

B - A lot.. The couple can do a lot to improve their chances of having a baby if they start sooner rather than later

c - The issue isnt just reproductive health. Dev hasnt taken a second opinion. Sonakshi may have other issues which if dealt with soon could avoid risk to her life - She may have a risk of life threatening fibroids for example.

d - If she knew her chances of mothering a child are low and that her husband wishes to father a child, she would have made an informed decision to marry or not.

This is so wrong at so many levels. An individual deserves to know about their health and a couple deserves to know about their reproductive health. PERIOD - pun not intented

Honestly, I felt very sad and at the same time disgusted by the way this track was treated . For me to bring a child into this world was like a union of two individuals who love each other and the child is as symbol of their love. You want to be parents to love, care and cherish that child ...but to use that child as a reason to mend relationship issues existing in family is so painful...

Its an insult to that new life...and I feel probably that is why god didnt hear Dev's prayers.

@rahulvats, let us consider another scenario. If Dev was infertile and Sona is the only one aware and she hid this fact from everyone one. Everyone is anticipating the happy news. Sona decides to take the help of science and technology and gets pregnant. Now everyone is happy and eagerly waiting for the baby's arrival. Now imagine Dev coming to know the truth. How will he feel? I asked you this because you seem to get only Dev's feelings.

I agree with Vimal Sona will forgive Dev and they will be separated and I for one hope it is for good..because from where I am viewing it is is pretty tough to forget something this big..maybe Sona will forgive but can you even get past this?..especially in a marriage I don't think so
