I will never go by the promises that he gives to Sona in the bedroom when two of them are there...he has never stood by it ...the day he stands by his wife in front of his family supporting her thru thick and thin ...even if it means being against his mom...that day I will stop calling Dev spineless!!

@Bold - I second you.Even I will stop calling him spineless.If CV's show.Dev standing against his mom for Sona.

So Dev remember what all Ish said during when he had fever.When he can remember.Ish did not agree to Sona's suggestion reg Kada.Then he can very well remember.How Ish blamed Sona.That she tried to kill Dev.Hearing all this.He went to Ish n praised her.Dev character has become a huge disappointment.CV's failed big time.

But alas! What am I trying to seek?
Dev is not stupid, Sona is.
Dev is spineless.
Mother's inflated ego.
Selfish.
.
Can we have some good views, and just not keep on lingering to the past when all the characters are moving towards improvement?

Well I always knew in my heart that dev is not dumb and he always knew about his mother's insecurities esp after her alleged suicide drama. He is just giving time to sona and ishu to build their relation without any interference. But now if ishwari Ill treats sona knowing her medical condition then that will downward spiral of dev ishu relation. I won't be shocked if dev already knows his mother's action how she always used to create hurdles in devakshi relation after marriage

For me reading a post is not about good or bad ...but about understanding a character...this story is the journey of Dev, Ishwari and Sona ...unlike other serials the leads are not perfect they are characterised as normal human beings with flaws...so for me yes Dev loves Sona but as a husband in front of his mom he is spineless but the same Dev reacts very rude when any one else speaks abt his wife...so his weakness his mom...that makes Dev , now he needs to change ...and hopefully the CVs will make him transform ...and that is what we are waiting for...and this can happen ONLY if his mom's godly image is broken...the first step is him blaming god ...so which means he believes in the existence of a god other than his mom...Would like to see Ishwari's reaction when he prays to god..knowing that Sona was able to bring in this change in him...will Ishwari feel insecure ?? need to wait and watch...

Now coming to Sona...when she comes to know the truth...will she sacrifice her love and take a decision to separate from Dev for his and his families happiness...well need to remember that Dev took a decision of sacrifing his want to be a father because he loved her so much and nothing else mattered to him. Now this is going to come as a big Shock to him...and to add the prenup is ticking bomb...which will explode in such a way that it will change the entire dynamics of all the three lead characters.

PS : If Sona and Dev has to enjoy the true meaning of marriage , then the so called threesome should reduce to twosome...now their relationship has a third person always betwn them...that is Ishwari...Ishwari should learn to let go ...allow these two to lead the house and guide them from behind...handover has to be done...and hand holding has to stop!!

If the report is negative.The reason by which.Dev think to say lie.That will be clear hint reg future track.If he hides it because Ish is happy n also Ish pampering Sona.I think then he will again give imp to his mom.If he thinks of hiding it.Because first he want to discuss the issue with Sona.Then both deciding how to handle the situation together.Then Dev will be at Sona's side.Even if Ish is against Sona.Lets see what CV's have in stores for Us.

What improvement the characters have.Sona become so dumb.She does not feel the need to confirm first.If she is actually pregnant or not.She is happy.Finally because of the baby.She is getting the love from her MIL.What CV's r trying to say.Only if a DIL gets pregnant MIL will love her n pamper her.Otherwise she will be against her.If this love of Ish was shown gradually before Sona being pregnant it would have made sense.Now it does not make sense.

Dev was well aware of his mom behaviour towards his wife.He knew his mom does not genuinely accepted Sona.Instead of addressing the issue.He kept quiet.Waiting for some miracle to happen.Bingo finally he found the miracle happening due to Sona's pregnancy.He has no qualms.That his wife gets love n respect because she is pregnant.He knew well.If Sona is not pregnant.She will not get the same love n respect.Again his Mom N Sona relation will be back to square one.So now he wants Sona to be pregnant for his own selfish reason to see his Mom love his wife.He cannot do anything.But he want his unborn baby to do.What he cannot do.This is not a improvement according to me.

Ish love is selfish love.She is loving Sona.Because Sona is pregnant.Dev childhood is coming back.That's it.This is also not a improvement.

All cannot praise the show.Every one watch the show with diff POV.U cannot expect all praising the show.There will be criticism.Criticism is not a negative thing.

All I want is to Dev standing up for Sona.Even if he has to go against his mom.He need to be vocal reg it.Sona also being vocal reg Ish selfish nature.I need this improvement.Not Dev N Sona doing Ish pooja.So blind n happy because Ish accepted Sona.

I'm not negative we love the show equally so we get disappointed when such lovable characters like dev nd Sona not understanding the unheathiness of Ishan love and actually vouching,craving for it. Can't we atleast hav that right as dedicated viewers

@BOLD...this what I have never understood...her love towards her son is also selfish...I wonder what would have happened if Dev was not this successful...would she love him with the same intensity ?? If her love for her son was selfless she would have liked Sona from the day 1. GKBs love towards her son is selfless...she doesnt like her DIL but still agreed just for Son...I know Vicky also plays his game to see that his mom stays with in limits...

Even when Ishu talks abt her brother and family ...she says she owes them support because they supported her when she was in need...now the question is if they hadnt supported her ... wouldnt she do the same...for her relationship is always in terms of give and take...I guess in reality also we rarely get to see selfless love betwn relationships...

Exactly !! She doesnt trust the son who stood with her thru thick and thin...and even sacrificed his love for her...he married Sona ONLY AFTER his mom forced him to do so...
