I noticed it too; middle name Devrath

I guess there is a need to have registered wedding done before the religious wedding. (I don't know about India but its like this in my country). Therefore it can be that Sonakshi fell ill after their registered wedding and at the hospital her parents filled in the forms accordingly.

Not like that here...some people (big name like celebrities for e.g. Bipasa Basu (Bollywood Actress) n Karan singh grover (Bollywood Actor) did like that ) started to do like as u are explaining...but in this show is not that case for sure

If you look at that report that was shown in that scene, the test was done for pregnancy.. ye do sanskaari bache and pregnant before shaadi😆..ek kiss karte karte kitna thank you bol gaya Dev 🤣
