I guess GKB knows her son can insult her at any moment if she denies Elena or treats her badly remember Vicky is daring and disrespectful so he will not take his family taunts lightly on his wife while Dev firstly never knew about it . He only only realized after his fever that his wife is not been treated well

Ishwari has nothing to lose so she accepting Elena is just for her brother and Bhabhi's sake while in Sona's case she had always felt Sona will replace her now I think Dev will see the differnece how the two bahu's are treated maybe thats when Ishwari's insecurity track also comes into play where DevAKshi helps her

but on the whole the Dixit family will see the vast difference between the two couples they will slowly start respecting and appreciating Sona

I didn't like Vilena coming into DevAKshi room thats simply vile however I loved the garden scene
