Dev vs Vicky ... Sona vs Elena

I am not making this post to judge the character of these four. Dev and Sona are much better human beings/have moral values etc than vicky and Elena.
That is not the topic for this post. I will just draw parallels to how these characters behaved during similar situations... that is the discussion point..

Dev vs Vicky

Dev did not reveal to Ishwari or Family until mamaji told him that Ishwari already knows about him and Sona

Vicky did not reveal the matter either to the families - i think the reason why he did not reveal when gkb called him home to eat halwa was because he didnt want to get stuck answering their questions. so He wanted to go and get elena home and then reveal the truth

Dev followed sona after breakup and did things to make it difficult for sona to move on and also spoiled Ritwicks career (i hope temporarily)
Vicky did not let Elena go either ... he did it in his own way and he convinced elena

Sona vs Elena

Sona agreed to get married to ritwick and no one forced her ... Asha asked her again and again .. she kept on hiding her feelings. Then she just ran to Dev and took him home on her engagement day. She caused pain and humiliation to not only her own family but Ritwick's family too.. The saving grace was that she immediately realized that she did a blunder and repented and asked for forgiveness.. But the damage was done.


Elena broke up as sona didnt want her to date Vicky but she couldnt stay away from vicky (I would not judge if they love each other or not. atleast they claim to love each other just like Dev and Sona did).. she eloped and got married ... ended up hurting her family . The only thing that is different is Elena doenst feel remorse or bad that she hurt the family where as sona felt bad.


I guess this is a good starting point.. lets the discussions begin.

Its only that sona n dev are much more mature n these two are dum ppl

And another dynamics changed if u have seen today's episode then u must have observed the change in dynamics between them..

Vicky married Elina to prove to Sona that no matter what she does he will find a way . I am not sure if he loves Elina or not ...I still cant say much on this...neither can I tell abt Elina's feelings towards Vicky...

But for sure these two are going to be a big pain for Sona and Dev ...a total head ache...it has already began ...its symbolic...Vicky captured Dev's bedroom...and I have this feeling slowly Dev will be cheated of his business too and will come on road soon...Elina will do nothing to correct Vicky,,which is understood today when she didnt stop him from spoiling their room AC to sleep in Dev's room. This also shows her character ...but we did know that she lacked principles in life ...especially the episode were she asks Sona to accept the phone which Dev gave her...

Again I have a feeling Elina will become pregnant soon and Sona is going to be on the receiving end...today I am very tensed /upset/ frustrated because I see the storm clouds forming on top of my favorite couple and I have this feeling that they will loose themselves in the storm and might breakup...because I dont think Dev and Sona's relationship is that strong to stand against so many issues and problems...and now Vicky and Elina is a bigger issue more than Ishwari.

There is one thing I didnt understand abt Ishwari ...she says she doesnt believe in breaking a relationship that is already formed ...how come her thoughts are so different when it comes to Dev and Sona...I have always felt she wants to keep them away and she would be the first person to be happy if Dev separates from Sona...so one thing is clear ...she doesnt care abt Vicky and Elina...which we all predicted ...and GKB is going to be very nice with Elina...only then she will be able to make Sona insecure and create problems with Ishu and there by Dev hating Sona...One shot two birds...!!

I dont know if I have the courage to watch this anymore...even todays romance betwn Dev and Sona I couldnt enjoy...because I was thinking of their future troubles...sad!!

Highly disappointed because I feel ppl who work hard and follow the righteous way in life should also get to enjoy their life and god should be there with them...here its going the opposite way..I cannot justify what Elina and Vicky did...I would have if they had made the slightest attempt to convince both sides...and they are not even financially independent...above all no regrets...when Dev and Sona decided to give their bedroom to Vicky and Elina...I mean how shameless you can be ... so cheap and dirty !!

Dev n Sona gradually fell in love with each other. The first thing Sona liked abt Dev was his love for his family, n how he helps others who do not have money. Dev liked Sona's professional prowess n her maturity. They fell in love with the good qualities but accepted the flaws as well. They r still very far from being a ideal couple..but they r getting there..atleast trying to. With each problem, their understanding of each other is improving. They both care a lot of their families n put families interests before their's n thats why people hv started taling advantage of their goodness.
