I have a thought i think, Ayaan is involved with Khushi which is known to his family. They are either bankrupt or into major financial crisis and for that they want this alliance and Khushi is also involved.

Becoz the behaviour of the family is like pre planned. Ayan's mom's behaviour was unusual, and these dumbfold dixits don't understand anything. Riya will be in bigger crisis than neha. Ek or behen padi rahehi maike me 😡😡

Kuch to problem hai. In restaurant he saw sona and heard sona calling him, he ran away from their. If everything is normal he would have introduced khushi that time only.

Several hints...

Ayaan investigating more on Dev's achievements rather than Riya...

Ayaan's parents all of a sudden looked guilty...negative and kind of pissed off with Sona's alertness...

Ishu's overconfidence for this proposal...

This Ayaan guy seems to be fishy. How well he manipulated the situation in his favour. And Sona should have opened her mouth sensibly in front of him. Now she is all set to do detective giri and its TYPICAL.
