This is the most creepiest thing ever. Ishu replacing manohar with dev maybe only in platonic way but still getting jealous of devakshi intimacy. I think ishwari haven't thought properly and on insistence of gkb that sona's attention will divert from dev that she has forgotten when even with no infertility problems devakshi need to b intimate many times for pregnancy.
