Honestly its common sense this spoiler can't be true as there are many side stories left which will have no meaning if sona left dixit house. Anyway infertility track can't come this soon as little upward improvement has started just now and sonakshi needs to be in dixit house to be make them mature.

One thing I am confident of, Dev will not let Sona go! This is his best trait now. He suffered and knows that he is a zero without her... so let them write what they want to... BTW, even if this is true, it never says Dev will remarry or leave Sona. This may be the track for his redemption and also complete acceptance of the Bose family as his family... he may even walk out of Dixit home... this is my confidence in Dev inspite of all his recent weaknesses highlighted!
