everytime I think that this is it- a new low is created. The way Dev chooses to behave especially with how he promptly said no it's my mistake to call Asha Maa speaks so much about him not treating Sona anywhere equivalent to being his wife. She is just his gf plus benefits. Initially I still wanted to give Dev the benefit f doubt that okay it's his conditioning that makes him go blind and a complete meek type person but now with the promptness of his dialogue and no inkling of what serious ramifications ot holds he is just as selfish as ishwari and doesn't give an iota to anyone and anything beyond what she wants. She was okay with sona, sona came and he is happy for himself!
Love between a couple is so much more than just butterflies and romance , it's the respect and thoughtfulness you have for each other which translates into everything and onto every other relationship making it complete . The foundation is cracked here- there is no thoughtfulness and respect. Which explains why Dev never reacts , just lets it slip like water on his back as if nothing happened when his own family members speak ill about Sona.
The manipulativeness of ish needs an applause though- wow she does things without leaving fingerprints!
PS : don't have high hopes wrt any major confrontation between Dev and sona when she hears Aunty!
