Vachan and Dev ...No relation...He is most worst person to fulfill his promises...Never learnt from past...Never learnt that he cannot fulfill so he never promise.

As u guys remember during break up...he was saying to Saurav dada..he shouldn't be promise that he cannot be fulfill in car scene.
