sona is still sona not a doormat

Sona is not a doormat...she has not change much she is trying to fit in her new home and abide by the house rules...it really don't make her a doormat...her character us as such she will not disrespect her elders cause it is what she was taught and it is a reflection of her parents and her upbringing... Yes radharani taunts her a lot but as sons told her father she has gotten use to it...ishwari is treating her like an outsider but still she respects ishwari as her maa and gives her that due respect... She has never been rude to her elders...dev is her peer so she can battle with him because she knows him the best and understands him...she is seeing how his family treats him and she will only love him more...when you get married you don't go picking fights with your hubby family... They have not tortured her physically or mentally...they have only thrown their rude comments and blame towards her thus far...all of which she can handle... And yes her prince still needs to be rescued which she us slowly but surely doing...as for all his promises he never kept as married people we do make promises and try not to break them but sometimes in the heat of the moment we forget everything and all promises are broken with new ones to follow...but that is how life is...there are two heart wrenching tracks to com and that is the prenup and infertility... And he will have to be strong enough to see her through these two tracks cause both tracks are going to break her in a very bad way...he will have to be there whether sona wants him or not ...and this is why these two track should be as one instead of individual tracks...

Agree with you that Sona is right in giving respect to her elders as she has been learning same from her family since childhood. 👍🏼

My logic for this is that the prenup should be shown first with all the drama followed by the infertility because she will understand that maybe he really did not intentionally sign it and fully knowing her situation with the infertility he still wanted her...and here no one will be able to separate them because he loves her more than anything... And that was just one doctors opinion so maybe they will get another and see if she can conceive... Or what will be the options... Divorce of one child has already been shown so for ishwari she may suggest to dev to divorce sons and her all hell might break loose...we might see the wrath of Dev...

All in all I really love the show especially dev and sona I mean I have looked at other serial's but I am hooked on this one...there is something about this show that us captivating and the leads just puts the icing on the cake...

I don't agree on that sona is not mentally harrassed by her inlaws. All the taunts and disrespectfull comments are indeed harressment! And Sona does respect elders, but respecting elders does not mean to accept such wrong behavoir and to forget about your own self respect. Does respecting elders means to forget about yourself and ur self respect? If Sona keeps quit because she things dev will one day see thats ishwari is wrong, she can admit herself into mental assylum. Because unless sona will not take a stand for her self and let Dev see the truth, ishwari and gkb will keep on taunting, dev will keep quit and jeep his eyes closed and sona will also forget about her self respect. She indeed has become a doormat. No respect from mil gkb neha and even dev does not care about Sona's self respect by keeping quit each and evry single time his family insults her!
