"While watching it, i just got this thought that just do a role reversal of Dev and Sona & imagine the state of Dev in this forum.🤣

People didn't leave him without bashing even when he left his room to sona and slept in hall when he was angry. If Dev would have pushed Sona out of his room in angry then forget about bashing or aiming their guns at Dev, the amazing critics in our forum would have done Post-mortem of Dev by this time and we would have been posting saying RIP Dev babu.🤣"

🤣🤣.I can't stop laughing seeing your reply .Isn't it amazing that not even one in the forum have critized Sonakshi for this ...Dev babu must be feeling so jealous of Sonakshi...😆

Y'day even my husband & son were watching along with me. Me & my son were enjoying & laughing but my hubby was feeling bad for Dev and saying What kind of sadistic pleasure you girls get while troubling your husband. See how much he was trying and how much she is troubling him. 🤣

There is nothing more insulting to a wife than her husband sleeping on the sofa in the drawing room.

It would be the worst insult a husband can do to her especially if they live in a joint family. It is almost equivalent to rejecting the wife on multiple levels and leaves the wife open to ridicule from everyone.

I am not saying Sona was right in kicking Dev out of her room. She was equally wrong and demeaned her husband and relationship in front of her family

My only point is that don't make Dev's ass level and callous behaviour sound as if he had done a great service to Sona and was in fact his generosity and love for his wife. He could have slept on the other side of the bed if he was so angry.

It was immaturity at its extreme and opened his wife and marriage to contempt and ridicule. Sonakshi did the same yesterday. The only difference is that Bose family is decent and mature while Dixit family is not.

What you said is right and also in our above conversation no where we took sides. We were only stating the diff in people's response towards Dev and Sona's behavior where one thing they felt cute and other thing they felt rude. I respect everyone's pov when it is presented in a respectful way and expect the same from others. I am not interested in making Sam's post a war zone and also i watch this show for pure entertainment now a days since logic went for a toss long back. Have a good day.😊

While watching.. it was cute to a point... i really thought after he came to her room.. they should have taken the opportunity to talk. She threw him out... chalo..

But he tried calling her 47 times... As much as i was enjoying the episodes mere man mein baat toh aayi.. Yeh kuch jyaada nahi ho gaya.

I did sympathize wth Dev.. but yes to enjoy the episode, logic must be kept aside. As long as Dev is taking it lightly. If Dev got angry and returned back to Ishwari Niwas and Sona still doesn't agree... I would join you in your post.

Dixit & Bose both are one in a million type families yaar. Even though i like the craziness of Bose family, We can never see a wife behaving like Sona and FIL behaving like Bijoy when their SIL was staying at their house for the first time after marriage. The best part is Dev took every thing so lightly and enjoying this craziness along with them just like us. 😆

Well it did sound like glorifying Dev's wrong actions to me so I commented. I also called out Sona's wrong behaviour because for me right and wrong cannot change basis gender.

Anyways I am also not interested in a long argument so Goodbye have a nice day😊

Firstly Sam, forgive us for hijacking your post with our discussions. 😆😆😆
As i mentioned in my reply in this post, I think makers want to show the diff between Dev's efforts & Ranveer's efforts in handling similar kind of situation in their relation. I think this is exactly what Dev meant when he said he was not able to see that passion & fire in Ranveer for his relation with Neha.

Lovely analysis... I have to admit; yesterday's episode has left me thinking along similar lines... However, there is a tricky problem. Let me elaborate

Ishwari sent Sona off to her maika because Sona won't back off on the Neha front and it's getting tiresome for Ishwari and Dev. While Neha needs to open up, in this instance Sona's intentions are right, her approach is getting a bit in your face... The subtle self-respecting manner of helping dada isn't as much used here

Having said that, I don't know how long Ishwari will bury her head in the sand and keep sending sona to her maika or ask her to sleep with her SILs etc. to keep the her own ecosystem intact? You know who can change this... Dev and only Dev... It doesn't matter what Bijoy or Neha say to Ishwari... Only when Dev will speak to Ishwari (that even when he hasn't signed in after work, his love for Ishwari doesn't diminish) will she respond. He was going to go and bring his wife back (and bring balance back in the HIS ecosystem) the same night. Ishwari didn't let him go... (I get her reasons...). He made it loud and clear he won't return back the next day till he brings Sona back. Ishwari knew that. The whole household knew that. Ishwari knows what Dev is capable of doing in Sona-diwangi... She still chooses to disrupt the Bose-ecosystem at 2 AM. We need to remind ourselves this mother-son duo like waiting on each other (Dev did the same after the temple incident. However, in that instance Ishwari had walked off without saying a word to Dev). She keeps forgetting that her son doesn't only like Sona, he loves her... he craves for her

Why did Sona throw Dev out of her room...? Wasn't it the same as Dev walking out on her and working in the courtyard and then sleeping on the sofa in full view of the joint family...? In my honest opinion... NO... why? A, Everyone at Bose's knew there was an argument on between Dev-Sona... In case of Dixits, when Dev slept on the sofa no one knew and no one was trying to dissipate the tension either. B, Dev was getting due respect from other family members and knew he won't get verbal abuse. Sona, on the other hand, gets confusion causing treatment from Ishwari and verbal abuse from Mamiji. Should Sona have thrown Dev out of her bedroom that night - I don't know. I think the situation was well under control. No one's temper was flailing and she knew her family were giving Dev enough love and respect for her to show a bit of attitute. It was all amicable as against to him sat in the courtyard and not even speaking to her properly when she came down to check on him. However, some viewers may not agree, and I respect that

Bijoy throwing the pair of them out vs Ishwari throwing them out - That to me is like comparing apples to ceiling fans... again, Bijoy was very clear - He reprimanded his daughter for not responding to Dev's advances. Ishwari on the other hand had a jibe at Sona that Duserra morning, saying Sona doesn't even know when Dev came home...

All these incidents need to be looked at within context to see how much of this is fair and how much isn't. Sona needs to back off on the Neha issue. Its been stretched like a chewing gum now and if her husband's family want to dig their own happiness' grave she sometimes needs to pick her battles. If that makes Dev unhappy in the long run that would have to be dealt with later.

We still have a problem - Ishwari wants to see a happy Dev... For A Happy Dev we need Sona around Dev... But Sona may sometimes bring up uncomfortable topics... How will Dev deal with that? Unless that puzzle is resolved, this JIGJAW is incomplete... We have a problem Houston
