You can hear home say 'Nice' and 'Thanks' but in not in a joyful manner.
He probably does not like taking gifts from fans.
Erica looked a little more cheerful even though she is sick.
That's probably why Glitzvision had tweeted - no more gift sessions.

And why is the rest of the video corrupted? That's odd for a professional video people.

even i was excited but shaheer was not in a mood i think and also the volume is not clear since yesterday sharica/devakshi fans r begging giltzvision for the link of their segment

I think another shot of KRPKAB is going on close by. And Shaheer was trying to keep the sound down. He even sshd Erica when she said we should put the pillow in Dev's room in a slightly louder tone.
