My doubt is dev is deeply thinking or concening abt something. .I wish he had a mind talk there.

So what is he thinking? "Will I be successful in balancing between maa and sona ?"
Or is he worrying abt sona how will she react when her medical problems came to light?
Or is he concerning abt "can I able to take care of her fully and fulfil his responsibility towards her amidst all the chaos in his house ?
