Thank GOD .. Ranveer doesnt want to be like DEV... why should he be.. he is a different person. If Neha wanted to marry some one as ambitious ad Dev then she should never have married Ranveer.. One thing to note... Ranveer never said he will move out with Neha in a separate flat before marriage... it is just that upon his family insistence he agreed... But Neha always had this back in her mind that she just doesnt want to live with husbands family (if you see the initial episodes)...
Also Ranveers brother is in Army, why should he leave his family and move out with Neha and take a loan from Dev for flat ?? that is just insensitive and unacceptable...just because he couldnt get her the luxuries -- you heard neha show Dev's house and say "see this is how and where i used to live and blamed ranveer that he kept her in small house " . Ranveer never promised her mansion.. every one has different goals in life. If Neha wants to live a luxury life then she better start her own business and contribute to the family ... asking husband to separate out form his family is not done..

I agree ranveer took a single sided decision when he cancelled the flat they booked and said he will use that money for his mom's surgery ... Ideally he should have consulted with Neha and taken a decision together... but i dont see any other outcome.. it had to be moms surgery and not the flat.

why should Neha want RV to become rich like Dev.. and that too overnight? Why would any person be compared to in that context? it is sooo disrespectful to a hard working, honest, upfront person who wants to do the best he can for all he loves! and the one you claim to love.. compare him constantly to your arrogant, rich, bully brother. Its ok for Dev to be his family's slave.. financially and emotionally. but not ok for Rav to help his mom get an operation she needed. did Dev become rich overnight?

again.. its not about girl or boy here. both will have to sacrifice and have patience. with Neha wanting all luxuries overnight... is unreasonable. bit thats not even the real issue here. neha has deep rooted insecurities that will not b solved by RV becoming rich 😆 and ignoring the needs of his poor family. the family that existed b4 he met Neha.

As far as Sona is concerned, i agree her intentions are correct, but sometimes people should be left alone to learn and understand at their own pace. You cannot be everyone's knight in shining armor. I agree sona doesnt have to be the knight here... but what is the girl to do.. her husband is not at peace because of this.. She herself feels bad for Neha... even though she sees potential in this relationship, Dev/Ishwari are not letting her try... who will she tell .. if she tells anyone, they will just ask her to not intefere...

Sona by her nature can not see Ranveer-Neha ruining their life because of petty problems.

I am interested to see how she makes Neha realize.. I dont think she will give heavy bhashans and all... she might create some situations with help of dixit sisters (who are genuinely concerned about Neha) which will bring out Neha's love for ranveer and that she probably cant live with out him... Lets see how it will be done...

Even during Ranveer-Neha's SR, people on the forum were equally upset and were unhappy with the insensitive nature of bhabhi for spoiling the special night of Neha.

Ranveer never gave up on his relation, Neha did. He is simply forced to accept things as it is thrown at him. He tried best from his side, but he constantly received insults for him and his family in return from Neha, Dev, Mami. Dev never had to go through any of this, it was his solo decision on giving up on relation with Sona, brutally. In short Dev is Neha here.

So in your opinion, its ok to let die your mother, but fulfil demands of wife of getting luxurious life. How can you even compare these two dear. Ranveer should have had talked to Neha before finalising on cancelling their flat, which he did wrong. But nonetheless his decision was absolutely right.
