Yes noticed, dev reactions in both scenes when neha was blaming sona and devakshi garden scene, found him little irritated, he is now knowing the importance of sonakshi in his life

The shape of the vase/bowl/cup is conical pointing downwards, so might represent something related to female sexuality or emotions. We know that Neha envies what Sona and Dev have. She wants to enjoy the love of her husband and also the riches probably, which Sona has. I don't think that she knocked down the vase on purpose. That happened accidentally when she tried to move away from the window or her thoughts probably. And most importantly, she fixed it herself.

I would love if Sona goes to her home for some days.Sometimes this show goes the 70s melodrama way.We understand Sona is a loving and nurturing soul,but today she seemed nosey and stupid.She was just like the Bahus of Indian television.So much for above 9 rating on IMDB.The moment she told that she was not going to work soon,I knew more drama was on d way.Atleast Ishita of yhm din stop her practice after marriage.She was a true doctor by soul and spirit.Sona behaves like a doormat now.
