Seems Ishwari's favorite hobby is Bursting Dev's bubbles and putting him back to the past, pulling him from his happiness.

I feel really bad for Dev. He has no rights to be happy. To think about his own life. If he does, he is made to feel guilty again and again.

I agree, when your sister is going through a rough patch in her married life it is not advisable to discuss the happiness of conjugal bliss.

But here, Ishwari is masking her own insecurities in Neha's name.

There were hundreds of better ways to handle the situation.

Asking Dev to keep low profile, or the best was spending quality time with Neha to make her feel better.

Talk about the issue with her. Neha's problem is not DevAkshi's honeymoon, yes she is jealous but the cause of it is ignored by Ishwari. Instead of addressing her problems, Ishwari actually expects Dev to cancel his little tour of happiness

What is a child supposed to do when he is time and again made to realise that he is the worst brother or Son, when infact he is the best.

What exactly is Ishwari doing for Neha's happiness apart from makig Dev sad?

I am sure Ishwari would have been on Cloud 9 if Dev had booked an extra ticket and asked Ishwari to join them on their trip to Paris... as he cant not stay away from her...

She would have packed bags faster than Dev and Sona... Who gives a damn about Neha ..when She is going along with Dev

ishwari cares a damn about her kids happiness. all she wants is dev to herself🤢😲😕.

if she so much cared about nehas marriage, by now she would have discussed the issue with

ranveer & dev. they are all behaving as if her marriage is over. nobody is doing anything to

save her marriage. bcos ishwari is busy in destroying devs marriage. I am just waiting

for sona to realize ishwaris intentions. nowadays its torturing to see ishwari blaming dev

again & again. if she so much hated dev to marry she would have got a doll which looked

like sona which moved along with her whims & fancies.😡

Serously its getting difficult day by day..Ishwari is just breaking all my patience understanding levels

She so smartly used Neha ..I was baffeled..her insecurity her fear what ever it is coz honestly I cant say what it is ATM..its monsterous..which will eat up happiness of Devakshi..She talked to mamaji and when he replied sensibley so she shut her mind and ears and kept on doing what ever her stubbourness demanded..I genuinly wonder is she his sister..really ??..What a mature person he is ..I am just desperately waiting for him to see her problems be ause he is the person in the gouse who can help her along with Dev and Sona..

Its getting traumatic to see Dev giving up just because this lady is hel bent on not leting him happy . If she was so concerned about Neha..Dhe eoud hsve talked to Ranveer 200 times till now..lile ypu said..Dev is not going to life ling take responsibility of his sisters..Neha is adult and married..she just cant take dev or dixit house for granted..Ishwari is constantly burdening him ..Neha is not Dev's resposibity she is Ishwari's responsibility ..but just to fulfill her motive the guilt which she shud be having she is passing it to him..so that its like ek teer se 2 nishane..first Dev wont go second He will again give up to her and will get messed up in solving Neha's problem..I am disappointed..nust breaks my heart

Dev is being raised to fulfill his family's responsibilities and obligations. He is not allowed to do anything for himself alone and his happiness. If he wants to be happy, then he should be for Neha's wedding, riya's job or nikki's video game. Even if he will try to live a "normal" life, he will be pushed down into the past by his own mother and sister.

If Neha has sacrificed then dev was also overburdened with responsibilities. He didn't have a very happy childhood. He has shared responsibility with his mother from a very young age. This is the reason Ishwari thinks that his sole work is to keep his family happy.

Why can't she once say, Dev you have also suffered a lot like your sisters in childhood, go and enjoy your life now. But no, she doesn't want him to actually lead a normal life. He should be parenting his sisters and family throughout his life.

Coming to the Neha issue, it was dev who showed his concern regarding Ranveer financial condition before marriage. It was Dev who got Ranveer a job in college, what exactly neha wanted. Now when she even cannot adjust with her conditions fulfilled, then what do you expect from others. Instead of making neha understand, dev is being blamed for going to honeymoon. How will his not going help Neha?

Excellent discussions , I just Sona to ask Dev how cancelling of their HM is going to help in Neha's marriage what exactly is the solution putting a halt on DevAKshi marriage because Neha has problems in her marriage she wanted love she chose Ranveer now she wants the luxuries that she once had yet she knows her husband's situation she should have offered to work in Dev's office toi bring in an extra income but its easier to run back home where her mother takes no interest that her daughter's married life is falling apart Ishwari is much more concerned with the fact that Dev will spend 15 days away from her and be with his wife .

Much angry as I feel for devakshi's cancelled honeymoon. I believe that its necessary for ishwari to fall some more to her lowest for others especially dev to understand his mothers possessiveness and insecurity as far as he is concerned. The lowest I think would be when dev finds out about how his mother tricked him into signing the pre nup - as dev is a person who thinks with his heart and not his head on his personal matters - I think that day he would walk away from his mother - both physically and emotionally

I think it would be sonakshi who would then bring them closer again

@BOLD...but your suggestions are what a normal, loving mother would do to ensure happiness of all her children😉 ishwari is no such mother. her black heart and selfish intentions are crystal clear. she is just using Neha to stop Dev for attaining his happiness. If she really cared for Neha... she would help her figure things out. She would call Ranveer and talk to him. Ranveer is not dead... that Neha or Ishwari are in mourning sorry to be harsh... but that's how these two clueless ladies are behaving like. Instead of taking sense into her confused daughter... she expects Dev to give up on his happiness. Why?

Dev's happiness is NOT and has NEVER BEEN Ishwari's concern.. in fact, the opposite! and which mother does that?

Ishwari always has one GOAL.. keep Sona distanced (possibly remove her) from Dev so he can be manipulated, on an as needed basis, for Ishwari to get what she wants. It appears, she likes all her children unhappy, sad, miserable... so she can shower her (fake) love and remain their only source of happiness & peace in this BIG BAD world!!!! hence securing her "GOD" status in Dixit houselhold. and noone... not even Mamajee or the younger lot... speaks against her. those who do.. are scolded away into non-existence😡 Mamajee knows her the best and joking with her about her insecurities or advicing her won't work. Why can't he get firm with her.. He is the only person she'll listen to. He has seen his sister do too much to ruin Devakshi... and he still feels she will help Dev in leaving her pallu and holding Sona's hand... laughable😆😆😆

oh yes I forgot to mention when Dev said Neha herself said no for honeymoon..then how could he donanything in this situation also Ishwari is very well aware of Ranveer's finantual status he can not afford such trips then why fid she mentioned paris thing..next dev said ranveer never wanted to take his finantial help..correct and I remember Ishwari herself reprimanded Dev for offering any monetary support to ranveer becoz he is man with self respect..and it would offend him nd now she conviniently forgot that nd indirectly she indicated thst Dev shud have sent Neha ranveer to honeymoon..dev's counter arguments were right on point nd Ishwari was shrugging off ..coz she knew she is talking absurd
