Yes the episode had all sorts of right ingredients for a Sangeet with an overdose of drama overpowering the lighter moments😳 Watch with less expectations and you are bound to mesmerize with the romantic pull of Devakshi's dance

As expected the much hyped and dissected "Will Dev reveal the truth to Maa?" is fizzled out to a mere "Dev get ready soon" 😆 Yes Dev didn't reveal anything to his beloved Maa as he had the bigger task of satisfying the production house with his sherwani 😆

Asanskaari Elena?😲

Sona being pampered by Asha being the most beautiful bride to be in that "Pink dress" got me in splits 😆 Sorry blame the spoilers but must say these actors just give their 100% conviction to mask their real feelings on screen👏 Had I not watched the segments , am sure to love her costume with that genuine smile on her face😳. And enters our "modern bomb" Elena who had planned to wear a backless choli but changed her mind for backward Dixit's family 😲😲 Thank God for small mercies😆 (Elena dear , being modern just mean reveal your open-mindedness and not anything else)

And a magically bypassed Rose from Dev via Elena add more beauty to our charming Sona😳

Pamper Bua mode on : 😉

This Bua character is rapidly changing to positive for me because she made me understood how Ishwari got majority of her qualities😆 Ishwari pampers Bua and her chipkali DIL with jewels and gifts so that they are never a hindrance to this marriage anymore👏 (Sona darling please learn this valuable lesson of pataoing MIL lesson 1 😉)

Sangeet Dhamaal :

So the Sangeet starts with Saurav introducing Dev and Sona with the usual cheesy lines but my eyes stuck of both these gorgeousness overloaded (Yes yes Dev's haircut is to die for😆 and Sona's smile too 😳)

Dev's first look on Sona was so apt with so much love and pain..wah was Shaheer👏 But am so grateful to the makers that Sona finally figured something is off and questioned Dev about his glum eyes😳 Thats's my girl but oh boy she missed the mark again with kids talk

My reaction when Sona tries to cheer up Dev by talking about their kids, Bua blessing with beautiful grandkids, Ishwari gleaming for chota dev or Choti Sona

And starts the dance mixture of all kids in the family 🤓

Bua- Elena misunderstanding is just to show how samajdhar our Sonakshi is who raise to the occasion and saved the embarrassment 😳 (I liked bua here , she was genuinely enjoying and praising Elena here!)

Bijoy- Asha dance was just to show how Dev stand up for his inlaws and saves the embarrassment when they are laughed at

(Entire sequence could have been better as it was very sloppy I wish they had more time to plan this and the bed on the floor made it worse).

Tere Sang Yaara : ❤️

But what the hell, when these two lovebirds are in a single frame every nonsense goes out of the window . Such a cute and adorable pair

Devakshi segment was neatly choreographed and an apt song chosen keeping in mind of Dev's pain and Sona's joyness. The way Sona touches his cheek and Dev holds her hand tightly on "Tujpe marke tho muje jeena aaya hai" was such a delight to watch👏

I swear I got happy tears when both of them look at each other so lovingly lost in that crowd at the end of the song !! Hats of to Shaheer and Erica for pulling that magical chemistry out of this very poorly edited episode 👏

This entire dance sequence is a repeat value guys, don't miss it😳

Vicky pitai on the cards?!😲😆

More drama with Vicky trying to tease Elena "infront of entire family"and Dev babu to Rescue ..

Precap:

Maa arranging cluttered file n Dev room and finds Sona's report only to be hidden by Dev again🤔.

Overall an average episode with a beautiful "Tere Sang Yaara" 😳

Nothing much.. Just an episode where many things could have gone wrong but saved with timely act by some one or the other.. Marriages are of course meant to bring the best and worst out of relatives.. 😆😆 Only that on-screen we are used to seeing a picture perfect marriage where the bride and groom look fresh from the beginning till end with continuous touch ups..😉😆

Sona looked pretty.. I would have liked if she had chosen not to wear that duppatah.. otherwise the dress looked nice on her.. thanks to myself for not watching/reading any of the segments or interviews.. Ignorance is bliss.. 😆

Dev is on and off going to the 8 yr old mode.. He wanted to tell Maa something and Maa sends him on duty. 😆

about kids i guess right from when wedding functions start parents star counting days to see there grand kid's face...

i guess in all the drama we forgot an expression of ishwari how she felt proud when buaji said sonakshi is good choice and she will keep family together... that expression was worth...

I read ur post..Went back - Just followed what u said..."Less Expectations" and I am back again. My tiny mind forgot it was not the makers fault but fault in my expectations...I could have tweeked them for one day for my lovely show today.

I felt Dev gave 2 emotions in one go..For when he looked at Sona, it meant and had passion and overflowing emotions in form of teary eyes..he could not contain the happiness of finally marrying the the lady whom he loves selflessly and those who knew what was bothering him, they stored the sadness. (I am really finding it tough to explain this one, not sure if I could explain what I meant)

Deeps kept myself awake for this. I knew you would be around, so downloaded 'tera sang yara' and listening to it on loop... how did I miss such a beautiful song yaar, this is gonna be my walking companion for another month .

( such a beautiful scene na, the first look Dev had of Sona...Shaheer just nailed it re...I just wanted to cross my laptop and kiss Dev...such yummy looks he gave his lady...And Sona...my my brides are meant to be like this...pretty , sexxy, sassy, yet naughty and she had it all in her today. Under 18 just ignore this comment...but sitting on that couch ...both were ready for their SR right there.These two are so meant for each other...just cannot take it from them.

Deeps, do you think that the fact that Dev couldn't tell anyone about Sona's medical reports is what troubling him more than the actual fact about the report?! He looks like a kid who's unable to hide a secret at the same time not wanting to pl ay a spoilsport revealing it.. And looking for a perfect timing to let go off something which he had to hold back..

Not sure, if I get to know about any of my family member's illness will I be running to them to reveal it first thinking that it's their right to know or go with my emotional state of mind struggling to reveal it... I failed my exam is something that I can handle.. But telling someone that you failed your exam.. 🤔 Is something that I don't want to get into.. Communicating a bad news is really a skill.. I have to do it at work and it's not a nice thing to do.. 🤔

Aptly put😆 so many wrongs corrected by someone or the other at the right time😆 Oh don't remaind me of real marriages, I still hide photos and videos of my marriage to save the embarrassment of those horrific makeups and sweats🥱 and yes marriages are always filled with such people but the instances created here are not believable😳

Yes Sona really looked gorgeous even in that minimal makeup , blame me for not sticking to my own gyaan of "stay away from spoilers"

How I wish Ishu Maa chases him to his room for his waiting wife like this when he comes to tend her in future😆 One can dream right?😉

😆 frustration at its peak for intimacy..hence the P.S I guess😆

True differences arises with two cultured weddings but for some obvious reasons not as shown with Elena's and Vicky's immatured childishness which could have been handled in much better way😳 I also agree elders talk about kids once marriages are on the cards , but again which can be subtly portrayed instead of making it look so obvious😳

Nice catch there👏 Even I noticed that scene of pride in Ishwari's face (now who is that woman who got that signature by deception?!😕)
