Good morning everyone... 😃

I was wondering ever since I saw yesterday's episode...

Why is this Legal Adviser cum Lawyer Mr. Shrivastava so hell bent on getting the prenup Agreement done?

He went to Dev and Dev, who owns the company declined to the Advice... Why the hell did he go to Ishwari for the same?

I mean, when Dev told he doesn't want it, it's final I suppose... The company belongs to Dev, not to Mr. Shrivastava...

So why the bloody hell is he so hell bent on telling everyone about this agreement, so that the company doesn't face any loses?

Is a legal adviser far above the CEO of the company and go against even after his orders? 🤣

Baat kuch hazam nahi hui Vakeel Sahab.. 😆 😳

Vakeel ko toh naukri se nikaala jaa sakta hai, dusri baar wahi ghalati... Par Maa Ko toh uski zimmedari se nahi nikaal sakte na, wo Jo fraudulent tarah se signatures liye, uske baad Dev kya karega?

I think i wrote abt this mad lawyer in another post. Beats me why it bothers him so much.
Ok lets give him benefit of doubt as a legal advisor to Dev, it his job to advise him.

The correct procedure would be to discuss with Dev first and then draft a contract.

In this case, he went with a contract asking him to sign and when Dev refused he went to see him mom

That to me was totally unprofessional - like as if she is the co-owner of the biz which she is not and he bypassed Dev!

Worst he gives the contract and she - a housewife who the CVs have now empowered withsudden legal intelligence to get it signed with Dev in the most fraudulent t manner.

Prenup is to be sign by both parties in the presence of a lawyer...my god...this is totally ridiculous.

And more surprising is the clause about Dev's future kids !

Either he is not having kids which gives him some sadistic pleasure of depriving other dads of fatherly responsibilities, or he just wants Dev to fire him since he is unable to do that because Dev will always get what he wants by using power and money and may be he is the best lawyer in town 😆

Kaha se yeh faltu lawyer uthaake laaya who doesn't even know some basic law that it's legal responsibility of a parent to provide all the necessary things to the kid until the kid becomes adult You can't just keep producing kids and NOT take care of them because of your wish. Dumbass 🐷

And what abt Girl's side lawyer , there has to be two of them - one for the girl and one for the boy...same person cannot represent both of them..And above all the document has to be signed in front of each other , their lawyers and requires two witness too...
Any contract is always signed in front of each other...exceptions are there like the divorce document etc...but they are arguable in the court of law ...

All these require witness from both parties..

Before they show such track they should do enough research...😡

I am ok with it as a lawyer he advising dev think about the pre nup. It's his job but when dev clearly refused then his job was done but he went behind dev back and advised ishwari. That was un professional. He is dev company lawyer not ishwari personal adviser. Don't know why all people hell bent on destroying dev life and his happiness
