Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi : Dev's Dream Proposal And Our Two Cents On The Upcoming Track!
Finally, after a month of emotional stress and upheavals, happiness and joy came back into Dev and Sonakshi's life. A lot can be said about how they united, how much still is incomplete, what other things should have happened, however, after ages viewers got a light hearted episode and the much awaited buy less hyped "proposal" of Dev also came over in yesterday's episode. Take a look at some of the best DevAkshi moments from yesterday's episode -
Holding Her Hand:
It was good on the part of CVs to show Sonakshi stopping in the midway after going a little close to Dev. The rest of the distance was closed by Dev. He held her hand, assuring himself probably that she is no longer going far away and then pulled her into a hug. The scene was quite significant. Probably, showed the future where Dev's hold on Sonakshi will be quite strong to let her go.
The Most Awaited Hug
This was the moment that every DevAkshi fans must have waited for since a long time. The hug, their tears and their smile, altogether it had all the emotions that were required during their reunion moment. Also, Asha witnessing their children's happiness from the window of the Bose house was heartwarming.
The Run And The Hug - A Proper Closure
Why closure? Because that's the way they hugged each other the last time before breaking up and again they reunited the same way. Same place, same people and the creatives decided to give all the hard times a closure with Sonakshi running towards him and him catching her into a hug. No DevAkshi fan could probably stop themselves from adoring these two during this moment.
The Dream Proposal
Dev was made to say thrice in the show that whenever he will propose it would be the most romantic proposal Sonakshi can ask for. Although, he never got a chance to propose before break up, he surprised her with her dream proposal on their patch up day. The proposal scene was apt, no over dramatisation, it was simply, realistic and of course romantic. Dev Dixit, on the first day of their reunion decided to bow down in front of his love. He knelt down and proposed Sonakshi not to become Mrs. Dixit but to become Mrs. Aubhodro. It was as if he isn't giving his name to her but taking in her given name himself.
Our Two Cents On The Upcoming Track
All in all, it was a good start to a new track in the show. Many might say it should not have happened like this or is been rushed. But this was not the end of the previous track. It seems loopholes are intentionally kept so that they get their closure in the upcoming track of wedding or post that. Asha and Sonakshi's conversation in the beginning was one of a kind. Her reminding her about why she ever loved Dev was a significant scene. Bijoy still not being convinced of their relationship might bring trouble in the paradise.
The trailer of Sonakshi's no nonsense attitude in the Dixit house was probably a hint of how she will be as a daughter-in-law in the house. And with all probability, Vickey and Mami's scene with her will get significant in the future episodes. This time, if they do not behave, Dev will not take a second before showing them the door. May be that time is approaching fast towards the duo. And Neha's return in this scenario changes a lot of existing equation. One episode, and a lot changed! But looking at the prospect, one can say there is a lot to await for still.
In the upcoming episodes, the viewers might see Sonakshi unable to conceive. The track might sound a bit cliche but it all depends on how it is executed. If you ask me, I would say Dev and Ishwari, both responsible for the chaos in Sona's life could not be redeemed equally and that also simultaneously. It was good on the part of the creatives to make Ishwari do whatever she could have done to correct her mistakes. They made her cry, beg, digest insults and also denial of the Bose family. Ishwari is redeemed, temporarily or at least for now. However, Dev's mistake was bigger than hers. It looked more bigger as he broke all his long and tall promises within a few minutes without giving it a second thought. Hence, he needs a bigger and better scope to prove his love, his words and to fulfill those old promises. Somehow, Asha's words of assurance to Bijoy in yesterday's episode probably gave a hint of the upcoming story, that even if everything else goes against Sonakshi, her love will be with her.
If the situations aren't turned adverse against Sonakshi, Dev's words will never find its actual meaning, especially the words he had said before the break up. Dev has been broken and made to sound so hollow in the past few weeks, that now only a very big bad incident with Sonakshi can give him the scope and opportunity to prove the worth of his love and promises for her.
Let's hope the upcoming track will be a role reversal for the duo. We have seen Dev breaking down in the break up track with Sonakshi being the strong one in their relationship. Post the marriage track, it might be Sonakshi losing her emotional hold and Dev might be the one to pull her up. Dev, has never really seen Sonakshi going weak. For man who has considered himself weaker than her always, it will be tough to witness her in a vulnerable state. Probably, seeing Sonakshi falling weak, he will really be able to love her as a man loves a woman.
And this is what exactly my feelings are... Kudos to the CVs for doing such a fab job and giving us the most realistic and world's most romantic proposal... This is what was expected from Dev.đ
DevAkshi's simplicity is what makes them the best.đ
And this show can never disappoint when it comes to uniqueness...đ
