Why are both the families oblivious to Devakshi's pain

From the time Sona agreed to get married her family has been oblivious to her pain especially Bijoy. He proved it yesterday by saying "Hamari Sona ko koi farq nai padta uske yaha hone na hone se". Asha was a little considerate but as parents they should have given Sonakshi more time before even discussing marriage. They thought it was a solution for Sona's pain. On the other hand the Dixit family seems to have ignored the fact that Dev has fallen in love for the first time and the break up has devastated him. His mother's delusions that her son is a "chattan" is utterly baseless. I mean he is a human, usko bhi dard hota hai... To top it all Ishwari has always thought that Devakshi relationship was just a fling.. Sona had once correctly pointed out "Aap sabne mere aur Dev ke pyaar ka bas mazak udaya hai".. They might have been supporting in the beginning but later they were like why don't you just get over your stupid ex. A break up is a very sensitive phase and the people involved are going through a great emotional turmoil... Both their families should have been little considerate... Though no expectations from the Dixit's but the Bose's could have been a little more concerned.

Riya and Nikki even if they want to say something in support of Sona Ishwari reprimands them .

The Bose Family has always been supportive so to see Bijoy turning a blind eye to Sona's pain is not right because they had allowed her to make decisions but now wanting her to just move on so Ishwari is proven is wrong .
