That's how humans should be

They have flaws. They are not mahaan like super bahus and saas of soap. No one is super intelligent, their is stupidity in us. No one is completely selfless, we all are somewhere selfish.

These are flaws. Shit happens, not only in reel life, real life as well.

And people need to stop getting personal with someone who has different opinion. It's not cupalsary to like or understand the leads.

its not about a love story of imperfect love. Its a love story of mature responsible individuals. The promos showed us an entirely different story it was portrayed like a mature love story and they had chance to turn it into one. but the cvs have messed up..dont we as viewers have a right to complain if we do not get what was shown in the promos. here was a chance to get a good series on a mature balanced love story but what have the cvs given us. I do not see any maturity in Dev nor sona about the way they are behaving. even teenagers would behave in a more mature way

Brilliant Wonderful Awesome Post. I appreciate your guts to put the facts in words.

Finally some one who could voice the minuses and lapses in all the lead charecters came across.

Long before I also used to be frank and straight in expressing my dissatisfaction but I was forced to retreat back with advices like " Don't watch if you dislike."

As an ardent Shaheer Admirer I found his Charecter getting butchered and when I said so I was asked to enjoy Shaheer's performance a la Darr or something.

When I asked why the sisters reactions are ignored I was told by some one it is not possible to cover all the charecters.

Since then I restricted my self to only analyse and praise Shaheer who is the sole reason for me for watching the serial still without miss.

So when I watched the Maha Episode I got tuned only to enjoy Shaheer and his outstanding performance.And I posted my view not on Episode but on Shaheer.

But really appreciate you. Every word of you is perfect.

I still could not understand why Sona invited Dev to the function.To say to help him move on is a lame excuse. I don't believe it.

Watching Sona behave so yesterday I felt great satisfaction. Till now Dev's Charecter only was spoilt.He was shown as a spineless,weak,disloyal both to his mother and love,a stalker as if he is in teenage,an obsessive lover,etc.

But the way the CVs showed Sona yesterday I felt elated. No girl will disregard the self esteem and family priesteige of her parents and run to her lover like she did.The engagement was not forced on her. She herself rushed into it. Why should she act as if she is doing a favour to others? What right did she have to dump her Fianc and humiliate his family in public? Good. The great Sonakshi Bose proved she is selfish,disloyal and ungrateful ( to Ritwik and his parents who came forward despite the news paper fiasco.)

Now if any one says it is real,no girl of today will behave so reckless and egoistic.

Sonakshi is not a teenager. She is supposed to be mature as per her age.

Finally if Dev is flawed,Sona is equally at fault in another Way

I guess the show should have been highlighted as both the leads should learn to balance their relationships in their lives. Whereas we have Dev who gives a two hoots about Sona where Ishwari is cornered, Sona doesn't give a damn about her family members when it's about Dev 🥱

I can successfully say that Sona is downgraded even more than Dev today, because Dev has grown up in a difficult situation with a manipulative woman called Ishwari who taught him nothing but to love her to a fatal extent, but Sona is brought up in a beautiful friendly environment but all her upbringing gone down to drain to have her parents humiliated like this in front of 100 guests 🥱 Dev ditched a 3-months relationship for a 30-yr of relationship, Sona ditched her 26 yrs of relationships for a relation which is mere 4 months old. Very unrealistic. Now it's time for Bose family to call Sona out on her selfishness and how she has ruined herself in love. She has been dragged down to the level of Dixits to be fit into their family perfectly. 👏

But I just want to mention 2 more things from this MahaEpisode -

Asha - The MOST perfect mother one can ever have. 👏 She is SO understanding, to the point, calm and mature 😊 I loved how even today she could feel her daughter's pain and dilemma and was ready to call the engagement off if Sona wants 😳 And how she scolded Bijoy on extending the conversations with Dev. 😊A sha does not deserve to be humiliated by ANY DAMN person in this show. She is just.. Perfect ❤️

Bijoy - As delusional as Ishwari 😲 I didn't expect this from Bijoy when he was showing Asha that 'See, how happy Sona is' 😕 Was she ? This reminds me of a very famous teaching from Krishna in Mahabharata, when anger captivates your mind, you can't see things clearly enough. Bijoy needs to calm down and come out of his subtle competition he has created with Ishwari on 'who is moving on first' 🥱 Go show your attitude towards Ishwari and make her jealous I dont care even if it's not true 😆 But in your heart please know the truth and know your daughter don't be so pushy to her just for any random XYZ person (read Ishwari) 😊..

All in all, the story has gone haywire, but the lead's chemistry and specially Shaheer makes it worth a watch 😊 Earlier KRPKAB used to touch my soul with its simplicity, now I watch it as any regular show so I dont get disappointed cuz still it's lot better than many 😆

Totally agreed that sona was ruined today more than Dev. I thought Dev had improved as a person from the earlier one who ruined sona's career to get her as a doctor. But he does the same with Sona after his breakup. no growth in character

Sona was a mature girl but she has fallen along with Dev in love. And i believe if love cant make you a better person instead makes you worse then it is not love.

what she did with her family & ritiks family is shameful. It was better she dint say yes to her parents for the marriage instead of acting to marry for their happiness. that much favor she cud have done to her parents.

the whole breakup drama had been handled badly. they dint have to use the sona getting to be sum1 elses & jealousy drama to get Dev on track with his love. they could have plainly show him sad, angry , not enjoying life & sona moving ahead with her career. And yes a small leap too. Ishwari's realization could have come from the fact that her son was not happy and was a shadow of himself. i would have liked to see dev neglecting ishwari in his pain. secondly dev dint need to be the so ideal son and hide it from her that he broke up coz of her. i know he is not a perfect human so it neednt be shown that he is perfect son either.

And the people asking us to watch another drama need to know that we are not happy with the treatment of the breakup, butchering of characters. we have also invested few months in this story & we have a right to complain. we cannot be blind like sona in love of the good chemistry & handsome leads.

Also Shaheer does have his ups and downs in acting. he can be sometimes very good while sometimes off color too. for eg i thought he acted badly in the promo but was good in the maha episode.

This show though being Fictional was hailed as BEING CLOSE TO REALITY , so being close to Reality.. current behaviour of Dev is termed as Stakerish , psycho , creepy and

its better to stay away from such people.

A well educated person like Dev who have seen hardships of Life , this behaviour really comes as off shocking and weird .

When this show was started the Initial promos depicted a Matured break-up where both the parties had accepted and were being shown as Matured people who

are trying to find a way as a team.

and Now the same thing is shown in such Gory way , that it is making me puke and cringe ..

Just for some Drama sake , the characters has been ruined badly ..such that I no more feel sympathy to any niether Dev nor Ishwari and now toh not even Sonakshi.

In reality a sane person like Sonakshi (as shown earlier)would run away from such Mother-Son duo...but now same Sonakshi is being shown at her Dumb best .

what's up with challenging bf and inviting him to engagement .

I am sorry , but she just appears same to those numerous TV female leads who to show their feminist Avatar jaan bhujke do Ungli.

The dignity , Integrity of character is questionable here .

I was interested in this show to see how they deal with Ishwari's insecurity but what is being shown is absolute W*F**kery type.

In past few episodes , Its like the show got derailed majorly and i see no way of character redemption of Dev .

Makers will probably find easy route and spoilers do suggest they have went that way . but sorry whatever Dev did is just not Pardonable .

I am one of those who contribute to whatever little TRP this show is getting , so I have full right to express my POV.

And I'll be glad if members rather then posting mocking/snarking gif's or LOL-ing or stating that that leave watching the show if you dont like ..yada yada ...be same and matured enough to participate in debate/discussion and if they cant do then follow your own advice i.e

be in your paradise bubble and love your jodi.
