On a second thought I think it is the Rit-Sona dance that forced him to faint. See after the previous dance in the restaurant too he was lying semi-conscious in his office.😆

No one would be happier than me if they take that route. It's realistic. It makes sense. His pain has no outlet. He is human. His endurance has a limit. He is bound to crash. It is a show. They can take creative liberty and get him back on his feet in a couple of days. It's fine. It's better than getting drunk and passing out.
