Well, this was expected I guess, he can never have a sane conversation with his mom that's not "Mommy you so great I love you"

CV's took easy route.Under influence of alcohol they made Dev question Ishwari.I don't get why can't they show these two having sane conversation. I think after he comes out of alcohol influence he will apologize to his mom.He will say the same as u said."Mommy you so great I love you" n U r always right.I am wrong n I am bad son.

Hahahaa you answered your previous 2 questions with the 3rd one! Now that I've adjusted my expectations, I can easily accept whatever they're throwing at us. What I understand from all this is, he was always aware that she is too insecure when it comes to him. He just tried to push everything under the blanket by not addressing it. But if that's the case, While they were dating, Why did he keep reassuring Sonakshi that his mom will always be happy in his happiness is beyond me.

29 is fine. From there on, whole episodes.

The ones before that are fine for people who have seen the whole show but for newbies will seem raw. Trust me, performances, equations, nuances just keep getting better and better as the relationship progresses.
