She very defensively says even though she sent the proposal it was Sona's family and Sona that accepted the proposal. key for Dev is to balance..and that's his journey in show..he is perfect son..perfect lover but he needs to learn how to be both at same time..that's al he needs to learn..he will learn that his mom is human not god and she can have flaws too ..it will not make him to hate her but it will help him to balance relationships and he won't be blind in mom's worshipping...love is ok but worship or blind confidence makes you take all wrong decision...that's what Dev needs to get rid of

she is super conscious about her image when it comes to dev and sometimes her brother...she can not take slightest chance to be not worthy of that god pedestal in their eyes..she feels it's her wholw life earning...that she made herself god of her son...to defend that position. She can do anything...

atleast with this ishwari will understand the depth of dev's love(what i want to believe)... today very important thing supriyaji said in her interview it is the journey of acceptance...like everybody said he will distance from his mom post this... guess to keep dev close ishwari will go to bose for there marriage and after some manana they will agree... that's when the story starts of ishwari- sona's relationship journey... how ishwari will accept sonakshi and ishwari's journey of becoming good mil
