All the 3 main characters are butchered atleast at one point of time...ishwari already on top list due to her insecurities made us think wil there be a mother like this, dev when he broke up with sona made us feel he took an impulsive decision for his mother and broke all is promises...the only sensible character was sona very matured and understanding till she was in love with dev...after she broke she also lost her senses ...don't know y she just have to share everything with ritwik who is some stranger ...y can't she move on with the help of Elena and his brother and family and ofcourse concentrate on her career for a while...she is just forcing herself to move on and showing all anger on dev...he seems to b the most sufferer just following her blindly even she insults her always...she wants him to think of her and stop the roka at the same time she wil insult him in front of ritwik...what is true love then ?? No offence just my pov

But Sonakshi also is not steady or sure of her stands.

Where is the hurry to get involved with the third person? I just can't fathom any reason except to hurt Dev.

Agreed it's her ego talking where she thinks she can hurt Dev d same way he did.I don't doubt their love but they have a lot to learn 😊

Perfect post & question - why is Ritwik in the picture?
I made a long post touching on this and want to copy paste a few lines from the discussion in the thread ...

- Ishwari is blind to her selfishness & Dev's pain.
- Dev is blind to the fact that he can't survive without his love. You don't just throw it away.
- Sona is blind to the fact that her heart is stuck and she cannot move on. I don't see her family pushing her in anyway & this is all her.

All 3 need massive mirrors, face reality and wake up.

My jury is out on Ritwik though. I don't like the fact that a third person had to be involved in the deadlock of the trio but the makers chose this to create drama. Their creative liberty!
While, Ritwik will be a good friend to Sona and act as her mirror; who will make him understand that Doctors heal, Individuals marry!

What is it about damsels in distress that makes you instantly want to be the knight in shining armour?
Oh wait, there are 2 types of guys - one who marry a girl who shares their vision of the future so
they can look forward to building it together, then there are those who see a
heart bleeding for someone else and prescribe rebound marriage as the best medicine.
Ah right! He's a doctor!

I feel the makers focus on one aspect of a character's personality and forget the rest.
Ishwari is insecure, selfish - so she is only that
Dev is impulsive, lost - so he is only that
Ritwik is Sona's support & Dev's desperation - so he is only that.

Sona - they have tried to highlight few more aspects of her personality and maybe she will be the first one they pull out of this mess. (Hopefully :)
But for now, she is making a mistake. Big one. And in her anger, she will now throw Ritwik as a challenge to Dev. While I loved the promo for the sexual tension, I couldn't help but feel bad for Ritwik! But what can you say when someone just rushes into the mess with open eyes !!!!!!

ritvik entry may be only to let devakshi realise mistakes and more...but if this show is by some dragging makers...we can expect that ishwari and ritvik join hands and try ways to separate devakshi...and as of now...I think to trust CVS and they will justify ritvik character nicely and also justify his exit also in their realistic approach...

Agreed 😊 But I liked the fact they are not showing Sona as a perfect girl she has her problems and issues but she will grow out of it.
