I think suicide attempt is just rumour. May be Dev might get to knw something abt Ritvik, may be like:

Ritvik already married or divorced.

Ritvik not a Doctor actually.

Etc. Etc. Etc

I may be completely wrong but that lekin is still disturbing me.

Also Dev might also get to know that his maa selected that rishta and from there he takes a stand for their love rather than leaving it with others to decide for them.

Cvs knows.well do hv instagram account. DevAkshi new pic is uploaded dev wore orange shirt and sona was in saree the one which she is going to wear in date wid ritvik aranged by dev.i don't know to upload pic thts y i didn't upload it.
