It is Erica who shared the pic on Insta/Twitter/Facebook. She 1st posted it on Insta and then copy pasted it to Twitter. She didnt realise that on Twitter Shaheer's id is @Shaheer_S

Wow! That's great.
Erica was the first one to share the pic. She couldn't wait. Either he texted her the pic or she is in Dubai too. Which would explain the 2 heart smilies and moon on Instagram story when his flight took off.
