I think he meant that his mom doesn't need to be manaaoed any more since Dev and Sonakshi are no longer together. And at the moment, Dev has no plans to manaao Sonakshi either.

Shah was talking about not wanting to convince Sonakshi now Dev doesn't want to reconcile with Sonakshi, he meant this.

His top priority is Mataji only.
