It should be outside hospital... Matlab she is nutritionist to ishwari n when she is sick she ll be called to hospital of course for her food details n all...

N they might get into some argument as sona is disturbed with the all day issues she faced with mataji n dev with her thinking she din took proper care... The way he has got habit to jump on decisions u know!

So this shud be before the pills drama. Maybe Sona wud tell Dev abt Ish not happy with their relationship n how Ish n GKB were disrespectful towards Bose family.

And thats why Ish wants to sleep before Dev comes home.
