Will there be light at the end of the tunnel for us?

Saw the new promo.

When I see the actual episodes, most likely this is what my thinking would be - good to see Ish introspecting and feeling bad but yet again another action by her without caring for the repercussions. She cannot expect Dev or anyone to be happy after this action. I suppose the creatives see this as a jolt for Dev/Sona and why they have to part. They also cannot bring up the topic with Ish and not even let her know they are suffering for fear that she will again take an extreme step..

My poor heart is willing to bear this emotional assault if some good comes at the end of it. I want to believe that the recent shoddy quality of the show is just a blip and we will see the kind of attention to detail and quality output we had in the first 100 episodes after this plot point. I want to believe that they needed to butcher the characters just to bring them to this point because they did not know how else to do it BUT will give back our beloved characters and good storytelling once they have achieved their purpose...

Will that happen? Should we hope?

I guess (atleast hope) we will get what we want at the end.. yes the magic is missing somewhere in the show!! But when I rethink with the cvs point of thing its justifying.. Otherwise how will they separate devakshi?
Just wish they will show as naturally as it is without ading drama.. Little disappionted with the exta drama elements thats ruining the natural flow of a beautiful story..
Like I have a previous experience watching kuch toh log kahenge started it as beautiful as it can be and made it worse in the middle so that I stop watching.. it was also an adaptation of a beautiful show "dhoop ke kinare"

Anyway lets hope nothing like this will happen to our show.. and if something happenes the remote is in our hand na..😆

Yes, the magic for sure is missing. I don't believe it is only because romance can be magical. A good story with all its highs and lows can be engaging as long as it is shown well ..unfortunately of late that has gone for a toss

Well they could have done it without the drama especially since the loyal audience of this show detests drama. We are willing to forget and move on if they can revert to form post this

Yes, the remote is in our hands. As you said however, this was a really beautiful show and it is tough to switch though recent episodes are making that easy...😊

I remember supriyaji saying in her initial interviews that this story is about the journey from a mother to a mother-in-law. So yes there will be light at the end of tunnel...

Thank you for this post!! *Hugs* I feel like crying right now. I'm already having problems accessing the site from yesterday. Song know if this reply will get posted. And now this promo and segment has added to my trouble.
I feel you are correct. They just didn't have any other option than showing the characters behaving so weirdly and unlike themselves to really show how much Ishwari's rash decision will affect them. Dev is gonna break. Physically and emotionally. His family will be in depression, but honestly I don't give two hoots about them right now. Sonakshi, poor sweet Sonakshi. She's gonna get her heartbroken badly. I always used to wonder what would the cause be, how would they justify Dev taking such a drastic step. I got the answer today. Dev really has no option.
One thing is for sure, we're all in for some major heartbreak in the coming one month or so. Well, the silver lining is, first, the show we fell in love with might be back to its original form and second, we have each other to get us through this emotional rollercoaster

Actually Dev/Sona scenes have been perfect soporifics of late so please see this as a welcome change!🤗😆

Your posts are coming through. That means we get to read your OSes too soon!

Yes, I am foolishly hoping too because the show was so good and yeh dil mange more and esp more of Dev/Sona with the kind of setting/backdrop we have all loved..

Meanwhile, would you like me to PM you the names of some shows I have enjoyed in the romance genre..may prove to be a good distraction. Will welcome some recommendations from your end if you have any! The long weekend is coming up after all..

When the world says "give up" , hope whispers "try it one more time " . That's how I feel now. I have heard the saying that three grand essentials to happiness in this life are something to do , something to love and something to hope for . In the serial , this track is going to be the beginning of their new journey and beginnings are always the hardest, so let us not give up people!!

As usual , let us hope for the best !!

The title says it all..there will be light at the end of the tunnel but things won't be the same right..More than Ishwari begging for Sona to come back, I really hope it will be Dev who will win her back. But as you said, fearing that she might take that step again, not sure if he will ever gather that courage as we see in the promos.

Still keeping hopes that Dev will fight for Sona later.
