Why is dev not cutting his hair😆

i have the answer. he wants to entangle his hair when the 2
most important woman eat him up alive. he wants to curl up his

Even I was wondering the same...I mean him falling ill scene is over or is he acting in some other shows or serial in which he is required to have this hair style...anyways in my opinion high time he cut is hair. He looked good in short hair . Now looks very Shabby
