Don't want dev as mama's boy

I liked today's episode. It portrait Dev, Sona & Ishwari's inhibitions. We have seen Ishwari's insecurity...but today's we got to see Dev & Sona's as well . Kudos to cv's for showing another shade of these love birds. But what I would absolutely hate to see is Dev being a mama's boy. I can understand love & respect for his mom...but he cannot overlook & defend all her wrong doings. I hope cv's show him as a balanced character during this main plot, only then the story would get interesting.
